Need more help The reason I came up with this is because of the reason that the box came damaged and taped all over the place.And I do need my second box to come in as far as the first one that came in it was missing pieces
It is fun to open the box. My husband looks forward to seeing the things in my box, and the boxed products are a great value! I live in a small town so this opens my world to new items.

Cesar is the best FFF customer service representative. He is professional, helpful, kind. You can hear his smile on the phone like he really enjoy's his job. What a breath of fresh air! I absolutely recommend FFF, they have great product's and variety. There is a lot of beauty and health subscription boxes out there. But, if customer service is your main priority, get this one!

I didn't get the email to customize my summer box. Was so disappointed because there was one item I was really hoping to get. Emailed customer service and they are sending it as an additional item for me. Also helped tell me how to be sure I don't miss customization deadline again

I love getting these boxes! They are little gifts to my self through out the year. Because sometimes we forget to do things for ourselves and Fabfitfun is a great treat. Every now and then the products selection aren't that great but over all still enjoy getting them.

Fabfitfun does have issues sometimes but I'm happy with the refund of my item. This issues seemed like a manufacturing quality control and labeling issue. Fabfitfun did not catch it on their end.
I always can find value beyond the $50 cost of the box and love full box customization. There are usually so many items I want in each category that I pay for extra choices.
I would not subscribe to this box if I couldn't customize. There are usually several things I'm not interested in and would not want my box to be chosen by Fabfitfun.

I have only had 2 times that I've had issues with my products and each time when I reached out the problem was immediately solved and made correct. The customer service agents are always kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoy receiving this shipment!

Even when I do not customize my box I'm always happy with what I get. My box is always the perfect size, and my box is always full of delicious surprises. I really love my box and so does everybody else. That's what she said. ;)

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
