I was concerned about the lack of movement in my shipment for almost 2 weeks and that only my 6 customized picks are showing up as in my box on the FFF app. Leonard guaranteed me that my box will arrive and have more than just my 6 customizations.
I had issue with my order. I order pmd when it arrived it was not working. I was worried what I am going to do now.he not only guide me but also order new one for me really great full such a good customer service fabfitfun has.

I've been a FFF subscriber for more than two years. The products are always fun, useful and varied. I've contacted Customer Service twice in those two years, and I had very good experiences both times. My issues were resolved quickly. I highly recommend this subscription service!

I am not happy that my credit card was charged when I did not authorize it. I did not customize the summer box because I did not want one. I did not realize that even though I did not customize that you would still charge me and put a box together for me without knowing what I would want. I still have not received my credit on my account. I decided that I would cancel my membership because I do not like this practice.

Fab Fit Fun always goes above and beyond to make things right. I was missing items so they sent out the new item and gave me a credit. They were out of an item I ordered so they substituted it. I didn't like what the sent. They gave me a credit and sent the item of my choice. Great customer service!

I've been a Fab Fit Fun customer for several years now. This was the first time my box contained a broken item and a missing item. I emailed FFF and got a response in less than 30 minutes, and my broken and missed items are already in the process of being shipped too me!

I had a broken item in my box and let customer service know and the response time was insane on a holiday weekend within mins. And all was taken care of and I don't have to worry about looking for another email n replying.

I have been a subscriber for quite sometime now. All the products are of good quality. As of recent my job has gotten slow and checks got smaller. I've had to cut back on a lot of extra things. Well I thought I had canceled summer box and found out when I was charged that I had not. I emailed the company and it was fixed immediately!

I apparently signed up for a 1 year subscription and realized in less than 24 hours (after I saw a charge on my account for almost $200)I had made a mistake and didn't want an annual subscription. I cancelled membership, but boxes kept coming and were filled with junk products. It was difficult to get in touch with customer service and Nobody would help me cancel. I was trapped! There is no way out so be careful before committing. For the box I did want and paid for in fall 2020, the products for customization are never available, so you get stuck with the junk.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
