I was sent 2 types of kitchen utensils in my summer box after I had put on my survey I had no interest in kitchen stuff. Lex at fabfitfun customer service fixed this within 3 minutes. He was nice, courteous, efficient and helpful beyond expectations. Great job.

The last 2 boxes have been boring and cheap or unusable product. I have chosen to cancel because my budget is tight and if I'm not enjoying product it's not worth my money spent

One of the items in my summer box was incorrect. I contacted FabFitFun online and the matter was resolved in no time at all. The customer care assistant was extremely courteous and efficient. A really good experience.

My summer box was missing an item. Within 24 hours of emailing someone got back to me and they are sending me a replacement!

Their customer service was amazing! I think my box was accidentally delivered to a neighbor. But they were super helpful in helping me to get another box sent out and resolve my address issue!

I love FFF. I recently purchased an item and the wrong item color was shipped to me. Of course, I was disappointed. But, when I reached out to customer service, my problem was resolved immediately and without any further effort! I am such a pleased and happy customer!

Recently, I got my seasonal box and an item was missing. Contacting customer service was easy and the issue was resolved fast. Also, the boxes have always been a great value with items I love.

FedEx "left package at front door" of my post office, and was stated as delivered. However, I never received it. I contacted FFF, and "Jack" resolved my problem quickly and professionally. The customer service is yet another reason why I LOVE FABFITFUN! They reissued my box and my extra purchases and add-ons. Thanks FABFITFUN! I love you guys!

I'm not saying they are bad, I had a great experience with customer service. Being overseas and part of the military, subscription boxes are fun when you are far away from home! I know it seems silly but it's true! The reason for a three star is because they are the only box that does not ship to me. They did offer it with me paying for shipping I just find it weird they ship to AP and not AE. I've only heard good things guess I'm just booty hurt! Enjoy your boxes!

Fab Fit Fun is an amazing service especially for Moms who don't have the ability or time to spend hours shopping. It's my guilty pleasure, I have an annual membership because it gives me something to look forward to each season. And sometimes I even forget that I have a box coming my way, so when it arrives with all the goodies inside, I feel like a kid on Christmas Morning!

And the customer service is excellent…. My last box had two products that leaked all over the box and customer service replaced the soiled products immediately….

When I first started out getting this box everything that came was wonderful but I found over time things started feeling cheap. I was not able to access my account and I was getting thing that I had no use for and that didn't pertain to me at all. I stopped for this reason.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
