I recently had a whole in one of my products In shipment my issue got resolved quickly and they're sending me a new one. I've only had one other problem in my boxes in four years and they always reply quickly and resolve. Great customer service. Thanks

I had an issue with a delivery never showing up. The delivery company couldn't tell me what happened, so I reached out to FabFitFun. Jack was amazing! He was quick to respond and help me resolve my issue. They were out of two of my picks, but I was offered a wide arrange of other options to pick from. It is nice to finally deal with a company that cares about their customers!

I had an issue with receiving my Summer 2021 box, and not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond to make it up to me. The chat feature is so great, and the reps I have chatted with have been friendly and helpful. Thank you FFF!

I received my summer box and was confused about items inside. I tried online chat for assistance because I have a stutter/stammer and typing faster than speaking, but I kept getting disconnected so I called. The customer service representative I got, Jessica, was amazing! She listened patiently…without trying to finish my sentences, which is much appreciated!…and she cleared up my confusion.

I received the PMD beauty cleanser and after 4 uses it stopped turning on. I switched batteries and still couldn't get it to turn on. Janna in customer service helped me and a replacement was shipped w in 4 days. Appreciate the fast response.

I was excited to open my box when I got home from work, only to instantly realize the packing slip had another customer's name on it. I then realized that the items in the box were different from what I had chosen. In further examination of the outside of the box, I realized that the box had two shipping labels - one with my address on one side of the box, and the other with the address of the correct customer on the other side of the box. So my box was shown as being delivered, but it was someone else's box. I immediately called customer service (they could make it easier to locate the number on the site, though), and spoke with Gelie, who was amazing. She apologized immediately, confirmed all the information, confirmed that all my selections were still available and arranged for my box to be reshipped, as well as the customer's box that was sitting on my dining room table. She then told me that I could keep the other box, since the error had been theirs. I was impressed with how quickly Gelie solved the issue and how apologetic and helpful she was. Two thumbs up for FFF customer service!

I've had subscription boxes before but none have impressed me like FabFitFun. It's happened a few times where 1 of the items I can customize is worth more than the box. Customer service was quick and efficient when one of the items I customized didn't show. Upgrading to an annual membership for sure

I am so pleased with the customer service. I was looking at items on the add on sale. I never realized that I didn't remove them from my cart. When I saw that I was charged close to 200.00 I was so confused. I sent a note to customer service. It took very little time to get a response. I was so happy that I was told that I would be credited the amount that I was charged.

Can't add what advertisements shows to your bag. May be you guys should allow customization first to customers and then bill them for the first time. So that they know what they are getting before getting billed. It saves time for customer and csr both
Also, before signing up it showed it will get first box free but I was fully charged and didn't get any discount as stated. Waste of my 3 hours! Never recommending.

Yes, I was disappointed that one of my items arrived damaged but Zed responded immediately and made the process of getting a replacement sent out so easy.

This is the second time by box is marked delivered and it is not here. When this happened last time, I waited the 5 days and it still never came. I am now having to do it AGAIN! I'm waiting for my fall box and if this happens again I will be canceling my subscription which is a shame. Your delivery handler is having you lose customers. You guys should really ask for picture proof of delivery. This is very frustrating.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
