I have read many bad reviews about the FabFitFun boxes and the customer service. I would like to say that I have been completely satisfied with the two boxes that I have received, getting exactly what I selected. When I did have a concern, I called customer service and my issue was resolved immediately. The young lady that I spoke with was pleasant and efficient. I love my FabFitFun boxes!
My box was lost by the shipper. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours, I had a response. A new box will be shipped. I appreciate the friendliness and efficiency with which my problem was resolved.

I have been a member now for a few years and absolutely love getting my box! I understand that not items are for everyone but they do an amazing job at selecting items for each season. It is seriously a gift to myself 4 times a year! They are always seeking customer input and their customer service is wonderful! I have tried other subscriptions and the item quality, limitations to customization, and customer service doesn't even come close to FabFitFun!

Missing one of my products and they are getting it out to me ASAP. They apologized and did not once question it. I've been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be. As a mom who doesn't do anything for herself this is my one little treat to myself.

I'm still waiting on my summer box lost in transit Pitney Bowes is no help they just hang up on you I spend good money with fff on all of your sales you could at least usr a dependable carrier like UPS!

I had gotten my fff box, reboxed and just thrown in a junky box. I collect the fff boxes so that was upsetting. I wasn't sure what was supposed to when be in the box. The associate was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. I was planning on canceling because the boxes lately haven't been great, but I think I might just stick around.

My last few boxes have not been very well received. The summer box only had 4 items not worthy of $49

I have not had the best experiences with several of my boxes. My Spring box did not quite capture my needs but I was traveling.

I had an issue with not being able to customize my box in time and they were helpful, fair and cooperative and they were able to make sure i got the items i missed out on with no issues.

A little disheartening, this is the second time I missed an item, and this one was going to be a part of a Birthday gift. So although I'm glad it's being shipped to me, it will be coming 4 weeks too late.

My experience with FabFitFun was great the representative was very happy friendly he was very knowledgeable he was able to explained everything and come up with a resolution that was satisfactory I am very happy with the outcome

I wasn't expecting such a quick response! Sheena was able to have my issue resolved and issue a missing item in the mail for me within 24 hours of my claim, she was so great about it and apologized on behalf of the company. I am very satisfied!

I received my awesome box but realized i was missing an item and my serving tray broke, this was a first. Thier customer service was awesome. They not only shipped out a new tray but a whole set! Highly rec FabFitFun

I have always loved my FFF box. I was really disappointed that this month I did not receive one of my personalized options. However this is the first time I have had this issue and I am happy they tried to remedy the problem with a credit. Still sad I didn't receive the product I was the most excited about.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
