I ordered a one time box and they automatically enrolled me in a subscription service. The second box they sent did not have very good products at all! I called them to discuss and they were not helpful. Would not subscribe again.

I received a defective item and I emailed them, mainly to just let them know, and they responded very quickly. The wonderful customer service rep told me she issued a replacement and was so kind! I really enjoyed the interaction between us. I loved FabFitFun before but this made me really happy with the company overall.

Fab fit fun, goes way beyond than just a box of goodies. With the changing seasons, we get a new box to pick and I genuinely look forward to getting my boxes it's a morale booster. And the products are always so impressive and so good, the annual subscription more than pays for itself in the 1st box. Customer service is amazing, it's just a fantastic lifestyle experience all wrapped up into a cool funky box, which I save, and repurpose!

I contacted FabFitFun through chat because I purchased a one year subscription and I had a discount code that I applied but it did show up on my receipt and my card was also charged the full price. I chatted with Lyn. She was very friendly and kind and took care of the issue very quickly. My card was refunded the full amount and recharged with the correct amount on the same day! Great customer service!

I thought I would give fabfitfun another chance and enrolled in a annual membership. From the start I was diaspointed as I found I could buy the same products on Amazon. My summer box was to contain an item I chose. This item was recalled by them and was substituted with an item I did not want. In the end it didn't matter because I didn't get my box as it was "returned to shipper" twice! I strongly dislike this company

So somehow my email was put in wrong ( I'm sure I did it wrong). I hadn't received a confirmation and couldn't figure it out. Ninx took my call and was able to figure it out. Even though I didn't know what had happened. She resolved my issue and did it very professionally y and quickly. I know this sounds strange but she sounded like she was smiling the whole time while helping me. I will not hesitate to recommend this service. And by the way I was dreading this call because I wasn't sure what was wrong and she made it very simple. Thank you so much.

I recently received a box that didn't include half of my customizations. I reached out via email and received not only a prompt response and apology BUT the items I customized will be coming my way in the next 2 weeks! Lately, I've had some unfortunate and unpleasant custom service experiences that have left a bad taste in my mouth and even had me leave 2 services because of it.

I've gotten 3 boxes so far. In each box I have found a new favorite item, or even a few favorites. These are quality items that I could never have afforded to purchase at retail. Kind of like Christmas X 4.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
