Was charged for something I wasn't suppose to have been but when I contacted customer service they took care of it immediately! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and I appreciate that so much! Just another reason I am a returning customer

It takes a really long time for me to get my box every time. But that's not a FabFitFun issue. My boxes have been good.

Through some kind of shipping problem, my box arrived a little late. After receiving it, I got an email saying my box was on the way. I emailed FFF and Christian said I could keep the second box as an apology for the confusion. Couldn't ask for a better answer than that!

Always something new and pretty! Today a package came with a broken item. Super sad, but called them up and got refunded with no issues(just wanted a picture of broken earring) I am glad they have people who answer the phones for help.

FFF. I've been a member over a year. Today I would say DO NOT JOIN. A year ago I would say it was great.
My last box was thrown together like a bunch of junk. Some is very cheap(claiming ticket price to be much higher). I bought an eyelash curler at the dollar store that works better than the one I got at FFF.
Today, I am waiting for a box that I pre-picked over two months ago. The items I picked have run out of stock because it has taken so long to ship. This causes the items you've picked to be replaced with other things that You probably do not want. Shipping and customer service is AWFUL.

The products I have receivers are geared towards a very young crowd. Nothing is a products that I would ever use on a regular basis. Hoping for a better box next time but not convinced this is worth the money.

Fun fun fun fun I love getting the boxes in the mail every season they are so nice everything inside I keep almost and when you pay for the year upfront you get a discount.

I didn't like what I had to choose from. I'm a home body. The thing I had to choose from where not for me. And when I filled out the questionnaire to get to know me better. I couldn't even read my answers, I was just guessing

I received the wrong items in my box and the customer support team was so great! Someone answered right away and placed a ticket, they got back to my emails right away and was able send out the correct items in my box. I'm really impressed!

Had no use for the previous box! They added some extra things that weren't a fit like the leave in conditioner and it was hard for me navigate the box in time. They put a mascara in my box that was old and it smelled rancid.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
