I have reached out many times regarding questions, my FFF box, or an issue. Every person has been polite, efficient, and prompt. This is very rare for a company dealing with so many customers. They have always answered my questions or resolved an issue to my satisfaction.

Understanding, why misplaced items that were not sent in my second installment (had to make a $190. Difference in payment to FFF which I'm aware but had to to cut back extensively from original order at the outset... was way more than 300 USD ( had to cut back extensfully because of my hospitalization, dollar amt USD didn't know when Id! Coming back to gather and make funds available to cover over 250 to 300 USD original price... would not be able to cover that I was, well, at home now, trying to recuperate... sent amt to box number 2 ( second amt of products. Revised Amt after all this was the 190 I was charged and paid for then my second box... was sent

Third associate was able to acknowledge my time in the last weeks. Were dealt in the hospital (Niagara Health Sciences) second box (without original actual box) was delivered while I was hospitalized until recently... which is reason why I'm rectifying it

I have not had good luck or itshas not been a good experience with the service the last 2 boxes were problems and I was not impressed with the spring box at all, Ive yet to recieve the summer box and was told 3 different shipping dates and still no box is of today. Ive never been able to get on the site after many emails and changing my passwords. Its not been the greatest experience.

It took a month to get my first box. I ordered a 100$ worth of addons, and they weren't with my box. Contacted customer service, and was told they weren't processed with my box and would take a few more weeks to receive them. So, my summer items wouldn't be here til summer was almost over. Definitely not a good first impression.

I loved the customer service. Always very personable. Fast in returning my messages. I believe my problem is fixed, I will be sure in winter that's when they said my winter box from last winter would be fixed.

The boxes are amazing and I get to fully customize them. I already have 5 new fave products that I can't live without & I've only received 2 boxes so far. I'm so excited for the next one!

I've been a member since fall of 2019, I love the products that Fabfitfun offers, I do go a lil crazy on they're sales sometimes but honestly who wouldn't? Lol. The prices are cost efficient and I enjoy getting my boxes.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
