Everything is fun and fabulous about the FabFitFun Box! It's fun picking out your products, the anticipation of sales and waiting for your box, the extensive discounts members receive and of course finally opening that beautiful box! I am never disappointed. And my very first box paid for my annual membership. The products you get are extremely high value that I would never buy for myself individually. And the customer service is amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!
I accidentally pressed the button to make a purchase and didn't know how to cancel the order. Lyn came to my rescue and was able to help me because my order wasn't processed yet. This happened in the blink of an eye!

I've been an annual customer with FabFitFun for about 2-3 years now, and I've never had an issue until my last box. But Kalil with their Customer service solved my problem of not getting all of my order in a very short amount of time!

I had to change my credit card due to security reasons. I immediately edited my credit card. Shortly after I received a letter from Stewie telling me all was well and that my box my be a little late. Before 24 hours I received another letter stating my card had been declined. Now I am somewhat confused because I don't know which card was declined.

I ordered a seasonal box over a year ago and loved the products. I decided to do so again as well as upgrade to a yearly subscription because it truly is a great value. However, after making the purchase I had an event that changed my financial obligations unexpectedly. I reached out to fabfitfun to ask for a refund. Contacting them was easy and I received a response quickly. The rep. Was helpful and I felt that she genuinely cared about making me happy. They have a customer in me when I can afford to treat myself again!

She was so kind and helpful. The way she helped made my day and on top of it she helped me to prevent this from happening again. Just a like fyi it was a sizing issue. Then I had some questions regarding dates and how to customize and she helped with each question. The experience was a wonderful one. I truly believe in customize service and it was this experience that will have me continue being a member and referring other to do so as well. The boxes almost never disappoint the stuff u get is of amazing quality and quantity and there customer service is excellent thank u all so much. I get 4 diff box scriptions and this is my fav one wish it came ever month bc I really look foward to receiving it

I had a problem since my first label was created for my summer box almost 2 months ago. Lasership was an absolute disaster. I never heard of them, no one around where I live has heard of them but hey, give them a chance. First box went back and forth between 2 depots in NJ (I'm in NJ with both depots 1 hour from me) and returned to sender for unknown reasons. I was in contact with LS and FFF and a new box was sent but via the same carrier. The same scenario occurred again with the box going back and forth in NJ but no delivery attempt. The CSR's were polite but not looking at the tracking to actually see what was going on. When I kept hearing again and again "your box will be delivered soon" I knew it was BS and that is when you lost me as a customer. FFF sent a 3rd box and I got the tracking info and it was being sent by LS again. Good grief. I finally had to resort to begging on the FFF community board to get my box. Echo jumped on it and is the first one who made sure my box was delivered by a carrier that would get it to me. Echo was the first person that kept their word and I am grateful. I would give Echo 5 stars, overall experience a 1 which is the reason for my 3 stars. I hope you can do better for future customers. I've loved these boxes until now and have been a member for a few years. Maybe once you iron out your shipping choices I'll be back as well as all of the friends I got to join a couple of years ago that are canceling.

Fabfitfun has been the one thing giving a smile to my face when everything seemed to be going terrible. Losing 13 friends to COVID, a older dying dog, and a Dad overcoming cancer was a lot to take on. I decided to do the full year with fabfitfun because they always go above and beyond. They support their communities, and they are truly a blessing. I wholeheartedly recommend Fabfitfun to everyone. They are classy and a joy to spend my money on!

Placed an order. Realized I did not receive a confirmation email. Went to chat. First 2 people I talked to could not find my order by using my name, address, last 4 digits of cc, or amounts and dates charged. The second person took 20 minutes between replies to tell me "he doesn't know." I talked to Noah today and in 5 minutes he cleared it right up. I had entered a wrong letter in my email. Now for 3 days the other 2 had no clue what they were doing and sent it to the tech department. Noah found it about 30 seconds. The staff def needs retraining. And no response to my emails I sent them. Also, I'm NOT waiting 20 minutes between replies. Is the staff working from home? I wasted 3 days to be made to feel I was crazy and never placed the order even though I had cc statements.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
