I love to be a part of the FabFitFun community. The sales are unbelievably great and the boxes are filled with goodies. You are getting much more in the boxes than what's the real value for it. I just renewed my annual subscription and I don't regret it. Come and join us!
I had a missing customized box with additional items. Leonard took great care of me and listened to what I had to say. He resolved my problem quickly and honestly.

I love all my stuff I get from fitfabfun, befor I never got me anything unless it was cheap or at the thrift store. But it's nice to treat myself as a mother when we don't get to very often. When I go and get some fun with my step feel like I was getting really nice things for a cheap price. Thing I would never had tryed. The only thing that I ever had a problem with is this USPS they suck at give me my mail either they tried to put it in a different mailbox or they tried to deliver it to a different town. I just wish it then son would switch to UPS.

I guess I ordered something that's from an outside vendor that never ended up getting $#*! came to about $30 for fab fit gave me a credit for 15

Well worth the money. Top notch products. Customer care is excellent. If and when there is an issue(which is rare) the customer care team takes care of it immediately.

Such a treat of a company! Love them! Great access to very expensive skincare …. I'm not big on all the other things but the skincare is awesome! Maybe have an option of skincare only as opposed to other knickknacks

Although I did like the items I received and looked forward to getting the box, they have some shady business practices and will not help you if you get caught in one. If you are just browsing and put things in your shopping cart, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THEM OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SITE! If you don't, they will be automatically shipped to you, but you won't be notified until they actually ship so there is nothing you can do. Yes, it does say there is no check out procedure but only if you look closely do you realize that it says the items in your shopping cart will be automatically sent to you.
I have had issues with companies automatically resubscribing me for things, but when I call or chat, they always remove the charge and the subscription. This company will not do that. I will be cancelling after my next box (end of my subscription). Too bad, they are losing a customer who always orders extra over a $15 order. I'm lucky, though, to find out on a small order. Sometimes I leave hundreds of dollars of things I want to compare in my cart! Imagine if that had been the case!

Ely solved the problem point blank sending missing items so I am pleased and will continue my service I love the boxes and ur fast response I maybe had 1 or 2 minor issues but they were always fixed thank u

My order did not arrive. Says it did but may have stolen since I recently moved and was not there when it was dropped off. Replacing my order after we looked for a week and still not hits on where or who has it.

I had an issue with my order and sent an email to Fab Fit Fun. Someone emailed me back within 12 hours and fixed my problem quickly eventhough I did not think the problem could be fixed at all! I have always loved getting my boxes because they feel like presents to myself but now I am in love with the business!

I had an issue after re activating my membership. I was not given the opportunity to select the items in the members box. I spoke with Eden who was very knowledgeable and resolved my issues and handled my concerns.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
