I usually dread having to deal with customer service and usually prepare myself to have auto reply responses only when online. I have reached out a couple of times to FFF due to errors on my side and am always so delighted when I get a personable, timely reply with an actual solution better than I could have dreamed. Quick and easy with effect information. I needed to know my renewal date and amount which doesn't show on my account. It ended up being the same amount as last year however the date of renewal was about 10 days in difference. Glad I asked so I could be prepared for my charge. This box has been really great this year so hoping another year will be worth the splurge!

I got the intro box, I didn't receive any fit or fun things. The only things I got were cosmetic items and I will be giving them away to other people because they are not things I can use. I'm a personal trainer and would have loved some fit things to try. So I'm disappointed. And while they did refund the charge for the first box, I feel they don't give you enough time in between receiving the first intro box before they are charging you for another box.

I am a New customer and did not realize how the experience of buying products from their shop worked. As I now know if you put stuff in your cart it automatically at the end of charges your credit card, you have to do nothing. I had an issue with that happening and moments I mean moments after I emailed it was resolved! This company is unbelievable! I will remain a customer for years to come! Spreading happiness, togetherness, quality of life!

Had a allergic reaction to a product, I let them know, they took care of the product, and gave me a choice of what I would like to do refund or new item. Thats customer service.

I made an error in purchasing something from FabFitFun today. I was quite upset with myself that I did this and felt discouraged and a little depressed that I'd have to call customer service and admit how foolish I was. Thankfully, I had an excellent customer representative who made me feel better! I was comfortable discussing the issue with them and they listened thoroughly to me. And I cannot express enough how much of a difference my customer service experience made my overall debacle while browsing and shopping (even if I did mess up!) online at FabFitFun. I will definitely be more eager in the future to shop & purchase products from a company I can trust and respect all the way around!

Their reel was very helpful. Their website on the other hand is not. I'm new to the company and couldn't find anything I needed on the pages for my new box. I had a trial and it took nearly 3 weeks for the box to arrive so I'd not even had time to decide if I like the contents before the new bill for another box came. No personified option- but cs helped and in set now.

I was a long time member of FFF, but had cancelled to try a new subscription. The cancellation was easy and after two seasons away I have rejoined because I had missed them so much! The rejoining process was simple and I felt like I being welcomed back into a family :) I can not say anymore good things about this subscription box I absolutely love

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
