I received FFF boxes for a couple years and really loved all the products. Now, after a little break, I'm back! The boxes have a great variety of products, the customization options are awesome, and the customer service is above and beyond. This really is the best box subscription out there!

This is the first issue I've had with a product from FabFitFun and I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service provided. One quick video of the problem and they resolved the issue immediately without any hassle.

Everytime I receive a box im so excited I feel like I'm a kid again and it's Christmas Day.
They're also very helpful I had one of my boxes get run over recently due to the delivery driver leaving it in a bad area and they could not be more helpful

Received my summer box today that was filled with wonderful items! Unfortunately one of the products was damaged during shipment. I contacted Fabfit. Their representative, Aryana was so nice. She said they would send a replacement within 2 weeks. I'm very excited to start using my products! Thank you, Aryana and Fabfit.

I adore FabFitFun, having been an annual member for a while now, and the deliveries are always the highlight of my week (sometimes month if i really splurged). There's always great deals and fun new things to try. It's a treat i have that honestly brings me so much happiness.
There used to be some issues with having so many items restricted by location but they've really tried to work on this for the UK which i appreciate. The way they offer charity options and highlight them and other organisations trying to do good, i love it.
On the few occasions where there may have been something missing or an item damaged, customer service has always been so lovely and friendly, immediately correcting the situation for me without any fuss. I've never had a bad experience with them :)

I have had at the opportunity to have many experiences dealing with you guys and you have always made it come out good in the end I've never been fully displeased with anything you guys of always run over your head to help me and make me happy so please give yourselves a shake on the backā¦.
I was given by the company about a year or so back a couple of bamboo pillows and I have been searching for them and trying to find them because they are the greatest things that I've ever had for pillows and I would like to know if I could possibly buy some from you or find out where you get them and buy from there just let me know thank you.

When having trouble changing my password I emailed customer service. They emailed me back within 5 minutes. I Absolutely love fff

1. You can no longer "skip a box" if you don't like it. Instead they will give you credit... BUT only if you have an active annual membership. I was told I needed to reactivate (pay again for another year) in order to get a credit.
2. When I initially signed up I was charged for both the annual membership and a single seasonal box. I contacted customer service to have this resolved, but they ended up canceling my first box as well as crediting my account with the wrong amount. I did not know the box was canceled, so I purchased add-on items for it since I believed it was still coming. This resulted in my card being charged for the add ons, but I did not receive anything. This also meant that i didn't get the bonus sign up box of goodies. I then had to contact customer service several more times before I was credited with the right amount. I literally had to quote the invoice numbers from FFF and write out the math for them to get it right.
3. Most of the products in the boxes now are from their own companies, there are very few actual name brand or designer items.
4. For the hassle it is to deal with them, the lack of refunds, and poor box choices, I'd honestly rather just buy myself something nice online from a different store.

Your customer service is amazing! My trouble lies with not getting my items and also having items that I didn't even order and being charged for those. Last month was terrible it took me forever to get my box. This month I tried to order two things and instead was charged for four things two of which I would never have ordered never would ordered have no need to order but I was charged for those and still have not seen a refund on that. I hope that this is just a couple bad experiences and this will get better from here on outBecause it is truly been stressful trying to take care of this in the middle of working and raising children I would like this process to run smoothly like it used to

I have accidentally put a wrong postal code on my address. Contacted delivery service many times with no luck, the package was return to sender. I then contacted Fabfitfun CS and they helped me straight away by arranging the replacement.

Fabfitfun took the time to make the customer happy and pleased. I ordered items reaching a certain amount and expected to receive an item for gratis, it didn't appear on my statement. Fabfitfun made it up to me by offering something in return. I will continue to shop and especially my monthly boxes with Fabfitfun because they always are so helpful and kind.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
