My experience with customer care is absolutely amazing my only concern has nothing to do with the service I was provided. I wish the fab fit fun would clearly State Whether an item is gluten-free or not. There are some people that have severe gluten allergies and it would be helpful to know without having to call every single time or dig deep online to figure out if a product is gluten-free.

I hit the wrong button and ordered a annual membership instead of the seasonal like I could afford. I left messages with both fit fab fun and my bank my bank did nothing but fit fab fun wrote me and made sure i wanted to switch back and when I said yes they had my money back that night

First shipment came with a broken speaker and a leaking bottle of setting spray that I paid extra for. I had ordered extra items and they were lost and was told after waiting 3 weeks it would be another 3 weeks. The items never even made it to shipping but they took my money.

Asked a question in chat and had a great transaction with my FFF team member! I've been a seasonal member for awhile and just upgraded in time for the Fall Box. I always see items I love and want but they are sold out by the time seasonal members get a crack at them- Not anymore! Super happy I took the plunge and upgraded- can't wait to customize! Fabfitfun boxes are the highlight of my seasons. I look forward to each box and even if I am not thrilled with all the items, I always end up loving a couple which makes the whole thing worth it. The customer service is prompt, nice and they give exceptional service. Vivien in particular was wonderful.

I had a question about an item I ordered that was not received with the other items ordered. I recieved an email back quickly telling me someone would be with me in 24/48 hours. Not a big deal, as my issue was not an emergency. However, less than 30 minutes later someone reach out to me to assist me. My question was answered within an hour. This isn't the 1st time I've had a question or an issue that has been resolved or answered within a few hours. FFF has amazing customer service

How isn't every woman out there doing this or every man out there offering FFF as a gift for their wife, sister, mom, girlfriend or special women in their life. I mean you just can't beat the products, the prices and the excellent customer service. Every box is filled with ahhhhhhhmazing goodies! Love this! Just do it! No regrets!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
