I'm just done with this. I stopped before for awhile, but decided to restart after paying up front for a year and being able to choose what I would like earlier and have better choices. Occasionally, I would get a box that was worth the price of it, but for the most part it was def not. I swear sometimes they change your choices as I would get things I would never have chosen. This just isn't worth it
I've contacted customer service a few times and they have always gone above and beyond and been super kind and helpful!

One of the items in my box a blanket I added on came with 2 holes in it and I called customer service and they fixed the problem right away.

Love opening the boxes, every time I get one. Sad I didn't get the magazine that is supposed to be in the box.

What would I like to see improved? Your statement that annuals get shipped first. That statement is not Necessarily true. Yes, you have overlap but it makes people angry and upset. I worked for attorneys and it was pounded in our heads that everything is based Facts.

I love the surprises I receive each time. I like the old why were you just recieved stuff and didn't get to pick. It was a surprise, now I kind of feel like I am shopping. But it's still really nice. My mom-in-law gave me this for my birthday and it's the gift that keeps on giving all through the year.

Like trying new products. The only problem I have had, ordered the mens box for son in law, the watch band broke, they could not fix it. He is not able to wear it.

The quality of merchandise has gone downhill, and all my friends are dropping the FFF service. I decided if my last box was bad I would drop. My box looked like stuff left over from a warehouse. I understand that I forgot to customize, but I was disappointed that I obviously received the stuff no one wanted. It wasn't worth the money.

So far it has been good, but I consider that this last box items were not that as awesome as they use to be. Last box items were just ok.

I joined in Spring of 2021. At first, I wasn't sure what I was doing; so I didn't get the best experience. Once I got the hang of it and got to know what all was available, and through the help of the Forum, I really have gotten the best experience. Especially with the Fall Box. I will definitely be resubscribing come Spring on 2022. I have made many new friends from all over. Every day is a pleasure and I enjoy all the products. If not, I can skip a box and safe for a future season.

I love FabFitFun! I didn't tend to go the extra mile with self care or spend money on myself before FFF. My husband actually made me do this! Lol. I love the option for add on's. I also like that it isn't simply shampoo or face masks. You get amazing things for your home, too. It's exactly what I need to treat myself and reminds me to actually put on moisturizer or use a fancy cheese board, lol. I recommend it to everyone. I got my mom and my best friend into it, too!

I had trouble with a promo code, sent an email and the issue was resolved right away. No being sent here and there and having to verify this and verify that. I would definitely consider it a pleasant experience that left me with a smile on my face!

I enjoy getting to try new products on a regular basis. I no longer have time to really research and purchase what I want. It feels like a pretty good deal but I have a hard time with having to pick items when I don't want some categories. I really dislike receiving items that I don't care to have.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
