I always look forward to each box. As a mom of small kids, my day to day is mostly spent taking care of other people and making sure they have what they need. Every quarter I get to take time to treat myself with FFF.
I was very frustrated that my order had been canceled by FABFITFUN but I was never notified or given a refund of my payment. When I reached out, I was told that it had been canceled because most of the order was out of stock. I could understand maybe one or two items, even though they were in stock when I ordered them. However, I was told, of the 9 items ordered, 6 were out of stock.
My biggest complaint was that I was never contacted or offered a refund until I had reached out to FABFITFUN.

I am very happy with my seasonal boxes. I look forward to choosing what I want. I really love the products. I've gotten the opportunity to try a lot of products that I otherwise never would have even known about. The website is easy to navigate. The customer support is good. This is really a very well-run company. Definitely recommend.

FFF tries hard to be as customer-focused as possible, whether that is evident in their product selections, shipper and vendor choices (and changes to), the online community engagement, responsive and helpful customer service, or responding to inquiries or concerns. To me, FFF's engagement and continual service improvement with their customer base is the most attractive feature of the company and one that I see missing in competitor boxes. As well, they try to give straight and honest answers (for the most part) to many customer queries. It's difficult to keep up customer trust as an internet-based company. As a loyal customer, I want to continue to see FFF's apparent efforts to delight their customers as the company's leading feature. I certainly see it as their best-face-forward attempt and it is a hallmark attribute of their business. Kudos, FFF.

I love everything about this box! They have great sales and great products by far the best subscription service I have ever signed up for (I've since canceled all my other ones). They really know how to take care of there customers.

I love FFF, and it honestly just keeps getting better. I love that it is not exclusively one type of product, like only beauty or only cookware. (I love beauty stuff, but only have 1 face! Lol) 10/10 love. Always on trend and high quality.

When you have an issue, their friendly, 24 hour live chat is there to help you quickly and professionally. Their operation is like a well-oiled machine and that is evident in the product and service customers receive.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
