Fab, Fit, Fun is exactly what the name says! The presentation is adorable and the items are varied and useful! When I received my box, my granddaughters would gather around as we opened each item! SO MUCH FUN!
Enjoy the products and prices and fast shipping the community and perks and sales, just financially tapped out and couldn't afford the Seasonal box it was very heartbreaking to have to cancel. But FFF is the BEST & EXCITING subscription box hands down... xoxo

There was an issue with my Great Aunties account. He sent me screen pictures of the levels. I was able to help my Auntie to get most of her items. I believe one item was out of stock.

I did not get to choose a lot of my first or even second choice items due to a glitch in the system. I finally had a helpful associate manually enter my choices on her end but it was too late for me. I plan to cancel my subscription after I get this box. I'm overall not that happy with a lot of the items. I wish there were more things I use: sunglasses, wallets, nightshirts, etc.

Received a faulty item the mirror that I got from my boyfriend didn't Lighthouse the LEDs were not we're working on this even though I put new batteries and tried to put it on the Bluetooth

I've never been disappointed in any of my boxes and I've loved every add-on and gift I've received. I always look forward to choosing my items and looking at all the great products available. I love picking out my products, this month I had several issues with items being picked for me but customer service resolved this issue for me, hopefully, I'll see when my box comes in. The first few months the items you could pick from were amazing but it does seem like the items aren't as good as they were in the beginning.

Something wrong with either my account or the site. My sister and I were sitting next to each other customizing our boxes. She was getting 7-8 things to choose from, and I was getting 3-4, plus the site kept locking up and turning into a blank white screen. We both have the seasonal box. We called 3 times about everything g that was happening. Then when it started working again, most everything was out of stock. The customer service person, could see there was a problem, and said someone would email me to fix the issue. Still waits for an email, and now everything is out of stock. NOT HAPPY. I rated 1 star but it's showing 5

I am very confused as to my shipment. The rep resolved by "extra choice" issue was done in error ad I had to keep resaving my box, but I originally had a tracking number for delivery this Monday 8/23 and now it's back to box not processed. So I'm just so very confused. I would have picked a different extra item and not asked for the refund if I had know that q second blanket was picked and I was getting charged. It's just super glitchy and a little frustrating as this is my first box and I'm nervous about the next 3 if this was my 1st experience.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
