Customer service was great, I would pass on the subscription box. I paid up front for the year subscription and have not received an item that I would purchase for myself or my house.

Once I received a robe with a tear and they immediately replaced it. I also got a box without being able to make my choices, so they sent me a whole new one with all my choices. Lastly, I made an order that was supposed to come with a bonus, but sadly the bonus was missing. I contacted customer service and they are now sending it to me. They always resolve any issues immediately and happily without question. For that I will always be a loyal customer! I really appreciate great customer service and a company who truly stands behind their products. Again, thanks to all your friendly and helpful staff!

My experienced was pleasant and very helpful. Speaking to a real person rather than a bot was exactly what I need to calm my anxiety. And I'm happy that I was able to have the last minute request for a change to my shipping address was doable. I was worried that the Fall Box I am expecting would arrive during the time I must return to the office in September and that the box would be sitting at my door all day and be stolen. But with the help that I received today I no longer have to worry as I now know my box will arrive at my place of business where it will be cared for in safe hands. Much appreciate all the assistance I received today.

I was unable to join because my email had been used in 2019. I joined them by mistake was not able to afford it. I am in a better position now and thought I would trial it with the pay upfront for 4 installments. I do have a second email so I will look for something else.

I didn't catch that customization of my box was open, so when I did it was closed and didn't understand why. FFF got back to me promptly and explained what had happened.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
