Exciting

I absolutely love these boxes! Sometimes there are repeats, but I have found some amazing new accessories, brands, and make up from these boxes. I will forget I have one coming and then I have a gift for myself at the door. Thank you fabfitfun for putting an amazing gift together for all of us!

I canceled my annual subscription because the quality and choices of products had diminished. I felt like some boxes were just company's old trash. FFF wouldn't let me delete my credit card. I thought I was safe because it said: Unsubscribed. I still received a box that cost $50. It was the WORST subscription box I've ever received. It included socks, a small box containing 1 can of alcohol-free Heineken, a charcoal mask I can't use because I have sensitive skin, a crummy tube of lip gloss, and a few other things I'd never use. The "highlight" was a toothbrush that uses batteries and charcoal to whiten teeth. I can't use that because of the charcoal. It was awful.

FFF is such a great box and gift!

Whenever I have an issue I know I can count on FFF to come to my rescue. Where else can you pay only $25.00 a season and get full size products worth way more than that!

Renewed account without notice
August 16, 2021

I did like some of the items in the packages but I didn't think it was worth the price. I was extremely upset when they renewed my annual membership one month early, without notice. They should have sent out an email to inform me that my renewal date was approaching. I had to contact Customer Service Chat to cancel & get a refund. They did do as I had requested, but they should have sent an email to me notifying me about renewal. Had they done that, I would have renewed.

I had not enough funds in Canadian dollars fogot was American funds so they helped me keep my annual box and took money out within 2days could say enough about this company always puts costumer first.
