There were damaged items in my box the customer care person was very pleasant but still not sure how there going to resolved the situation

I love receiving my boxes. I am never disappointed. And when I had an issue when a box went missing, their customer service was so helpful and nice. I was suprised at how great they were. I look so forward to getting my box that i was very upset to have it go missing and they went above and beyond.

The customer service is amazing. However, I am beyond displeased with ordering, filling, shipping and tracking. FFF allowed me to buy a totally rad flip clock that I was super-excited about, only for it to be cancelled. And why they still use Pitney Bowes is beyond me. Why they complete an order using several shipments is rather dumb. Why an order sits packed and ready to go for days, sometimes a week (I've actually had an order not move for well over a month and had to cancel as a result)before it even leaves the order fulfillment center is ridiculous. You've got to do better FFF. Customers are growing tired of all of this.

I've recently returned from Pennsylvania to Florida after my mom had surgery. I was gone 2 months and couldn't wait to see all of my goodies I purchased and my Autumn box, only to find out my autumn box never came. So I chatted with CS about my box and was promised a new box with the same picks and items I purchased would be sent. Unfortunately I'm still waiting.

I enjoy receiving the boxes and love some of the products more then others. It was always fun and exciting to receive a box but I am no longer financially able to continue.

Items in box did not match my needs or likes. The one thing I specifically requested was not sent (the cobalt mini-Dutch oven) & is now not available! Items received seemed cheap & junky!

I don't know yet if my issue was resolved. I am still waiting for my fall box. Here it is, September 15th and I still haven't received it do to a shipping error. The young lady tried to help me by ordering me a replacement box, but I won't know if the issue was resolved until one of the boxes arrives. I am very disappointed because all the items I chose are not available for the replacement box

Tried to reactivate my subscription using the coupon code which I was offered (fff40). Was unable to reactivate for a monthly subscription, so when I Co tacted the chat they tried to reactivate me for an annual subscription and still honor the discount for seasonal box. However she wasn't able to do it for me either. Was told it would get escalated. Haven't heard back.

Had a problem with my invoice as there was a sweater on there that I didn't order. With just one email i was offered a refund right away and I really appreciated the efficient excellent service.

This is my second year subscribed to this box. I'm not sure if I'll be continuing my subscription. The items in the box have been ok. But I'm not sure they are very useful. I feel as if I could use some of the items... but there are a few that I haven't even opened.

Didn't love the options I had to choose from. Surprise gifts were lack luster and generic. Coach necklace not as nice in person as it appeared online and earring that came with it were ugly

FFF has been a joy to be a part of. I love that they have a customer service number to call to actually talk to someone live should any help or issue arise. Makes life so much easier especially when it's a reoccurring subscription service! I'm very pleased with FFF! I enjoy their packaging and thought into every included magazine.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
