Fabfitfun is a lifestyle subscription box where you pay 59.99 every three months and can pick 6 out of 8 products in your box. Or you can pay a whole year upfront and choose all 8 products. They also have add on where you can buy items at up to an 80% off discount. I love getting this box for household items and jewelry. Last box I got a necklace and earrings set from Ciach and earrings from Kate Spade. Anything I don't really care for makes great gifts.

I ordered 4 pairs of earrings from the jewelry sale. Two pair of matching earrings each. A set for me and a set for my daughter. And also a set of necklaces for the two of us. The first pair of earrings were supposed to be Mother of Pearl. Quite simply, they were not! They looked like they were painted on white. The other pair and the "mother of Pearl " ones looked much larger on the model that we were shown. I'm happy with the necklaces. The model and earrings were very misleading. So I want to know what can be done about this situation. Please let me know asap. Thanks!

I have enjoyed my year of FFF! I have liked most all of the options to pick from and being an annual member has allowed me to customize every box. I have even ventured into the ReFill subscriptions. I plan on renewing my membership. Can't wait to see what's up for the Summer 22 box.

I've been a member for a few years now and I must say, it's been quite nice. If an item in the box was not for me, it's ok. I would simply gift it to a family member to see if they like the item. If so then it's a nice way to get someone over to FFF. To be honest, I've been pretty happy with the items I've chosen. From the unhide blankets and robes to the wine glasses and cutting boards, it's been great being able to use items I normally wouldn't purchase for myself on their own. Especially the skincare items and hair care items. Thank you for creating this subscription box and allowing us customers choose our items and try something new every season

So far I have had three boxes one with a seasonal membership and 2 with the annual membership and I have loved so much of all of the things I have gotten. Everything from the perfect throw blanket to the most lovely umbrella to earrings that I had to fight my mom to keep. I honestly was pretty skeptical if I would like this kind of thing but it turns out they are quite lovely. So many beautiful things to brighten each season. Highly recommend!

I was gifted an annual membership and get so excited with each season. The whole process is fun. I've even found items that I use in my everyday routine that I would never have found if it weren't for my box. Completely worth it!

I live in Arkansas, and FFF uses FedEx for shipments here. I've never had a problem that FFF has not been able to solve. I love their curated boxes. I've been a subscriber for 4 or 5 years. I even got my sister to join. That's where the "except" happens. For Texas, FFF uses an entity called Grand Huskey for delivery of boxes and orders. This shipper has appalling reviews from subscribers and has for over a year. No deliveries, late deliveries, no communication to customers. FFF is aware of this, but continue to use this carrier despite complaints. Unfortunately, this shows a lack of consideration for customers. My sister will probably cancel her subscription, and I don't blame her. FFF raised their subscription prices this year, but Texas customers still get the same shoddy delivery service. I wish this review could be better, because I have really enjoyed my experience, but my sister will probably never take my advice again.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
