I have been a member of FFF since 2020 and I don't see me leaving ever! I have only had 2 minor issues in that time but no matter how big or small they are always helpful and friendly! I know if I have any issues at all, they will always resolve it and than some! Oh and did I mention how sweet and friendly they are? Absolutely love this company and everyone there!:-)

I came home from work and found my order had arrived - I opened it up and there was an issue with the items. I sent an email to notify customer service but didn't expect to hear back so quickly…or even that night. I was contacted within an hour and the rep had dispatched replacement and all I had to do was provide some photos. I really appreciate such a quick response and the ease of the whole process. The professionalism and personable rep (Lexie) was really wonderful. I'm so pleased with the service.

I have been a member of FabFitFun for 5 years now and I cannot say enough good things about the company. The products that are offered in the subscription boxes of are of the highest quality and a full size products. I love the entire process of the preselection, the anticipation of receiving my box and the amazing experience of receiving my box with all of goodies inside. I love their sales, and their refill products. Their customer service team is one of a kind, they respond promptly and effectively to every inquiry.

I received the wrong product (humidifier). I contacted chat support and the chat bot brought me to a person. She was super helpful and was able to locate and setup a shipment to receive the missing item.

Fab fit fun charged my account that was over two years old and activated my account without my authorization
After 7 hours online resolving the problem I agreed to receive my box - if I was able to customize. My box then went missing in shipping it's now been 4 months since my card was charged. Now that they've realized it's gone missing all the items I was to receive are out of stock. While the online chat representative was lovely to speak to - all The items that were offered for compensation of this mess, we're also out of stock. And I am now stuck receiving an expensive box of things that I did not wish to order or receive. After being a loyal customer for years I'll no longer be recommending this to my friends as a good choice for box subscription

It took three attempts from me to get a response from customer service for a minor issue. Once someone responded, the issue was resolved very quickly and easily, but I was very disappointed that no one bothered to answer my first two inquiries.

I came in late for the spring box. I had zero choices, got 6 small items in a giant box.
When I originally saw that nothing that I really wanted was still available I asked for a refund but was told no. So I'm stuck with a lazy susan (garage sale) and some hair clips. I loved the robe and the blush, but they were sold out. I feel like I got the left over stuff.

I had to call in the payment details on my credit card because it wasn't working properly. It turned out the expiration date was incorrect. Your snowbirds have a bit of an issue with the shipping on this edit. I do anyway. I leave SC the end of April and am concerned that my box will not arrive before I leave. I didn't know where to ship. She was unable to help me with this so we are hoping for the best.

I have been a customer on an annual plan for 2 years now. I love being able to customize and get little surprises as well. I have the seasonal candle and pet toy upgrade and my dog loves every toy she has received. I'll definitely remain a customer for a long time. My box always comes in a timely manner and I've never had any issues. I'm a happy customer!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
