I had a problem with not being notified of the box customization. They said it was packed and ready to ship. I was extremely disappointed I wasn't given notice about this. I'm a single Mom, times are extremely tough, I had to give up my subscription 3 years ago. But saved up to do it this year for myself. It's expensive due to being in Canada our exchange rate is horrible. But Tessa was able to let me customize my box, making my day! I greatly appreciate all her hard work.
I enjoy getting my fab fit fun boxes, it is like getting birthday gift through out the year. Great products and good quality.

I have enjoyed FabFitFun for a couple of years now. So much so that I often purchase a second box for the current season. That way I have one that is customized and one that is a surprise! I know what items are in the collection and decide to take a chance at getting another set of my favorites. This has been added fun for sure. But when I purchased a second Spring 2022 box, most of the items were never part of the original collection. The worst part was that three of the items were identical lip mask tubes. These were not part of the collection and Why the heck would they send three low value items in place of one of the high value items on top of the items not even being from that seasons collection? I sent an E-mail to their customer service but they basically just politely agreed that the items were not part of the collection. Not even an attempt to a resolution. Just looked at the same option again for Summer, definitely not even mentioned in the fine print.
It's too bad, I am pretty soured about the experience.

Every box I received, I hoped for stuff that would be something I could actually use. But not too often. You have to pay extra to "customize your box. That is out of my range pay wise. I received slippers in my spring box, not my size! So am glad I finally canceled.

The couple of times I have called Customer Service at FabFitFun they have exceeded my expectations. Customer service is very rare these days so it makes this company stand way above the rest!

I had a mistake in my box and when I used the customer service chat, they were extremely nice and forwarded me my missing items! I cannot recommend this service enough. Give yourself a gift of FFF!

I like being able to try out items and get a discount on extras that I can use myself or give as a gift.The only annoyance would be how fast some items become sold out or unavailable.

Fab Fit Fun truly cared about my experience! It's unusual that a company will go the distance to accommodate a customer in uncertain times such as these! Every single box I got during my annual membership was perfect AND if I wasn't into a certain product, it was easy to gift it to a loved one. When my circumstances get back to normal, this will be my first gift to myself. Thank you for all you did!

Lost two boxes even though I pay for two subscriptions. I had ordered Christmas presents that didn't arrive till the following year after weeks of being lost. Customer service agent was hostile and rude, so they lost both my annual membership and the one I gift to my mom. Quality has gone down and service is hostile. Do not recommend

For some reason the app kept telling me that there was a problem with my card on file. I tried multiple times to re-enter the number on the app and it kept saying my information was invalid even though it was not. I called customer service and the staff member was able to fix my issue and was very prompt and courteous.

I was scrolling through sale add on and ordered an LED full face mask and it didn't go into my cart. I was upset because I really wanted it. Went back to try to find it and I couldn't.

I sent an email regarding an item that I had ordered that arrived damaged. After one email asking for a photo of the item, I received a response letting me know that I'm receiving a replacement. A perfect customer service experience.

I was frustrated with the online robot "Frankie" but the minute I reached out and spoke to a customer service rep I was so happy I did. It is just my preferred way to communicate and she was so helpf and friendly and knowledgeable!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
