Your company should be able to cancel. Not just the customer. It seems like that is a big issue, that the company can't even cancel the reFills products.
Really, you sent junk. Crap I wouldn't even give a person I don't like. So thanks for sending me $#*! I will never be able to use or give away. The trash is calling for the crap you sent. Oh, and you don't do returns. But you'd let me return it at a cost to me. Gee, thanks. You may as well bend me over and stick it to me. Wait, you did. You sent all the $#*! that no one wants to have or should ever need. I hate your business platform and I would never hire to guy I got. Congratulations he seems like a bot, you did good. Making sure each home is filled with your rejects when they don't have time to pick from anything worth while. Would never recommend or would never be a subscriber again. This is what happens when you do something nice for yourself. You are reminded moms can't do anything nice for themselves because you get crap.

I'm so tired of FFF. Their shipping and customer support is terrible. Packages never ship even after a tracking number is sent. (I've had this issue 4times in the past 18 months) Items purchased sometimes never ship at all. And customer support is slow to respond with help. Good luck getting you emailed answered! I emailed then 5 times, days apart, for help with no response. So then I tried live chat, and the Live chats isn't much better. For an annual member who pays for the entire year up front this is definitely not a positive experience. I'm stuck battling FFF for the products I've already paid for, and wasting my valuable time trying to get things shipped (or refunded when it's add ons that never ship)

I received items that I either didn't choose, or was different than the description, and the rep did everything she could to adjust the items.

My box was delivered empty sans one piece of tissue paper. The issue was resolved immediately and I expect my new box shortly.

I have been an annual member for a few years now and have had nothing but the best experiences with them. Any time I have had questions or needed help of any kind, they have been right on it and they are all super friendly. I have rarely had issues, but if there is one, they promptly resolve it. When you call you actually get to speak to a real person without a huge hassle and that's rare these days. Also, the value of what you get for what you pay is nothing short of amazing.

I received my fff box and my shampoo was leaking all over, thankfully it was in a plastic bag? I also was upset because I customized my box but didn't get what I wanted. Luckily Lexie helped me out and I will be getting a new shampoo and the items I asked for.

I just received my FFF Summer box (which I loved) but an item was missing. I'm told that it was in error and it will be sent out to me within the next 2 weeks!:-)

If it wasn't for the repetitive items on fff. I'd consider staying given Zayn's customer service and support. He really went out of his way to explain and make sure I was a happy customer. As I told him, many of the items are repetitive and nothing exciting anymore.

I bought items from the edit sale. They took over a month to reach me AFTER I received the shipping notice. One item was a candle in a glass holder. All the items were loose in the box. The only packing sat loosely on top. The candle had thin bubble wrap around it but was broken and glass shards coming off. The lotion I bought popped the lid due to all the movement in the box (during the month long shipping process?) and was leaking. I received a box of glass shards mixed with lotion. I emailed a request for help and didn't hear anything for 2 days. I emailed again and finally got an email response. She asked for a photo. I was so worried about the broken glass on my kitchen counter that I didn't take one so after a few days she asked said she would replace the candle and lotion. Lesson learned. Take a photo even if your hands have glass and lotion stuck to them! I still don't have the candle but I got the lotion and unfortunately they sent shower jel instead. This time I called and reached a person named Ileana who understood the problem quickly and is sending a replacement. I hope everything goes well. There is an add on sale right now and there were several things that I really wanted but won't order because they are breakable. Never again. Please check into your shipping facility, especially the packers. This could've been avoided.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
