This is a fun quarterly subscription. Being an annual member I get to customize all the choices in my box. There are usually many items to choose from. Love that there are also sales that we can get stuff for 70% off or more!

I loved everything I picked out. I did not like what was picked out for me. I know one thing I never even saw anywhere on the FFF website. But I am going to try another box. I do like the sales.

I've been an annual subscriber for years now. There's always something fun and new in the boxes. I love discovering new brands and trying new things. Every once in a while a product will disappoint, but customer service can usually fix it!

I have been a member for 4 years and always excited to receive my boxes. However this Spring box was a HUGE disappointment. In my Spring box I received, 3 boxes of lip masks, the exact same Hershel bag I got in my winter box 3 hair clips and sunglasses. So out of the average 6 items normally sent only the sunglasses and hair clips were something I hadn't received in previous boxes. I don't understand how the winter tote bag would even be considered for Spring especially when it shows that there is a brand new spring bag available. Items such as this are usually placed with and are often available for purchase at a much discounted price. If I had received at least 2 of the items reveled for Spring I would have been happy. The economy has ski rocketed, I treat myself to this membership because the quality and products have not disappointed me until now. If I am only getting leftovers and or duplicates I need to make the decision weather or not to cancel. How can you help me decided

Currently my box is missing 3/21/22, it has been 10 days since any update at the shipper Grand Husky which was the initial update of processing on 3/16/22. The tracking links in my email and account did not take me to any tracking. I had to online chat to get the tracking number with working link and still no information. FFF needs to stick with reliable carriers and quit trying to save a penny causing lost customers. I'm planning to cancel if not resolved.

My package shipped 2/28 and the track my order button in the email does not work. On the fabfitfun website, the track my order button also does not work. Both do not redirect at all. It'd be really nice to know when my package was actually coming. Customer service provided me with an estimated delivery date of tomorrow but still no actual tracking number.

I had an issue with delivery of my box. The issue was resolved in minutes by Don in the customer service team. The entire process was efficient. The appreciate the friendliness and excellent support.

I never got my Spring box so FabFit is sending me another box. My add ons were sold out so they refunded this to me. They were very helpful, understanding and fast.

FFF's customer service is second to none! They're readily available. And it's my choice how I decide to communicate with them, by phone or text. They've got a community forum where people voice opinions on everything under the sun and fff actually listens to the needs/wants of their customers.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
