I love the products, but the box sits with FedEx for over a month. They need to drop FedEx and use a different shipping method. FedEx is utterly incompetent.

I received a $100 gift card from my kids for my birthday. I was trying to get the mystery gift for being a new customer but it won't let you get thst if you have a gift card. Just doesn't seem fair thst you can't do both. The gift card should be like Cash.

Was charged for order after requesting a cancellation previous day but they were able to give me a discount being that the order was already in shipping process they couldn't cancel the order but they did give it to me for half off

My spring box was delivered to the wrong address it was delivered to empty lot and the customer service rep promptly within 12 hours told me a new one was on my way thank you very much!

I had to pay first only to realize most items were sold out. I'm fine with you collecting my credit card but don't charge me until I'm satisfied with the options I receive. Also not cool that I couldn't swap for credit right away. Thankfully I was able to get my money back but I was highly disappointed by this and immediately cancelled.

I've been a subscriber for about 2 years now and almost every box my customization picks get switched out without notice. I still haven't received my February box even though it "shipped" on 2/16/22. I just do not feel like the products I am getting are worth the money. They are not products I would normally pick or buy for myself which to me does not justify the price of the subscription. Customer service is fast but they do nothing to go above and beyond for their customers. I have cancelled my subscription and will spend my money elsewhere for a subscription more suitable to my liking.

I paid over $200 to change from a seasonal box to an annual box because I wanted to be able to customize all my items. When I received my spring box, none of the things I requested were in there. I contacted customer service, and they are sending me all new items plus two free items. I am also getting to keep everything they sent me on accident. The agent (Tom) was friendly and apologetic. I am impressed that they replaced everything and gave me two free items.

I had a good experience on the customer care portal with FFF. But needed a place to point out that the shipping company Grand Husky is not up to par with what I would expect from FFF. I am almost done with my second annual subscription and until Grand Husky, never had any issues with shipping. So far with two experiences with them, one box was lost and had to be replaced and the second is still in limbo after receiving a notification on 2/16 with my tracking number. Delivery date on their site says 2/27, but today is 3/2 and still no box or updates on the tracking. FFF would be much better off ditching these smaller shipping companies and sticking with Fed-ex.

Items are great, just wish they were not out of stock mins after opening customization. Other than that, fff has always been good to me

I was a new member trying to just pick out my selections (not wanting to buy anything just yet, just to see what the options are and then make my own box for fun! But FFF made me pay first! Maybe I wouldv'e paid if I was able to customize my box first because after you pay there is no going back if you don't like it! SUPER NOT FIT FAB OR FUN! SCREW YOU FFF! YOU GUYS STINK!

I have annual membership with FabFitFun and I received my spring box, opening the box I was really mad cause they send me nothing that I pick. Call Customer Service and they resolve my issue fast and accurate.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
