I have been an annual subscriber for 2 years now and almost all seasonal selections have great products to choose from. Plus customer service is excellent whenever I had issues with broken item from shipment.
The one item I paid for was completely smashed. I even cut my finger opening.

Shipped doesn't really mean shipped, when it's been quite a while and you finally reach out because you haven't received a tracking number you get so sorry its lost let us get another one out to you in a couple of weeks, and by the way, the stuff you chose is no longer available. This company has gotten too big for its britches their customer give a $hit is gone. It's sad.

The consumer service Margaux was great very helpful but I wish there was a easier way to contact consumer service because it took me a while to find were on my phone

I unfortunately needed to cancel my sub. I was a former subscriber, tried Alltrue - hated alltrue but I'm stuck with their sub. Once it cancels I'm going back to FFF. Their shipping times, products and customization are unparalleled.

This company seems like every other subscription box service but I can assure you they're better! The customer service is absolutely amazing and they do whatever they can to make their customers happy. I'm not going to try to make it seem like there's never been hiccups or issues during the 2 years I've been a subscriber but the way they handled each issue was impressive. I never ended a conversation with their support team feeling anything other than happy. They really do care about their subscribers. After ending a subscription with Boxycharm for pathetic customer support, seeing the way this company treats their subscribers is prettyyyyy nice.

One of the items in my FFF Spring 2022 had a defective pump that wouldn't dispense the product. I posted about it on the forum and a fff rep promptly got in touch and offered a replacement product after I provided evidence of the defective item.

I haven't received anything that tripped my switch in the last two boxes. I was thinking of cancelling. I will give it another try. I am 66 years old and the stuff I get is for younger people like my daughters.

Starting a online chat with the robot. Is not helpful. Please just have a box check system then sort the situation to the departments that handle the issue. Once I was connected with a customer service person. The encounter went smoothly.

My box was never delivered, tracking said "waiting for box from shipper" I contacted FFF and Chandler took care of immediately and I received next day! Wow what great service

Fab Fit Fun has been such a great experience, from the amazing products in the seasonal boxes, the fun and super cheap edit sales to the customer service and prompt responses to questions. This is so fun and I wish I had found it sooner.

I received an email from FabFitFun that if I reactivated my account with them I could customize my box & also receive $125.00 in extra goodies. So I paid $200.00 (they make you pay first) then went to pick my products & apparently it was too late to pick. So I paid $200 for stuff that I do not even want. When I called customer service they were HORRIBLE! I was bluntly told too bad and that there was nothing they could do about it. I feel totally scammed

To clarify, members who reactivate after the customization window for both seasonal and annual should still be able to select their items for an hour even when customization is closed for the season. This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
