After accidentally charging more than I anticipated, this company did not try to keep the unwanted charges I maid. She got back to me quickly to let me know everything has been resolved the way I thought it should be.
The quality of the items is always on point but you need more variety. Serum, serum, serum, face oil, moisturizer, serum, lotion... love you guys but jeez! We do t need any more serums! Have a beautiful day!

They resolved my issue 100%. I got sent a box my accident when I asked to swap for a credit for this season's box, they gave me a credit for it

Your Customer Service Rep Renee promised to resolve my issues and issue credit and did none of it. After waiting a day I had to get in touch with CS again... and by then (or maybe Renee promised me replacements that were all ready sold out anyway) many replacements for defective items were sold out. :( Its even worse experience to be promised resolution that is not deliversd and the items you thought you were going to get are not available :(: ( I didn't even get a review of service email after chatting to her!

Love this box. Didn't have any issues until a missing add on item in my 11th box. Item was quickly refunded as it was sold out. This box is an extra something in my life to look forward to and make me smile.

I had issues with my box being delivered to my old address. They solved my issue with in minutes and are sending me out a new box. Very happy with this service. I love fabfitfun it's a wonderful surprise at my door eveey season filled with amazing high end products.

Was not sent an email to select my choices, was sent similar full size face masks, spoon rest, stationary similar to Ipsy. Paid extra to have the feature of selecting.

Treated me with respect even before she found out I'm disabled and had NO one home with me to get up to grab anything. She made great provisions for that which being disabled for the past 10yrs you rarely find ppl that help like her. She also helped me to get out as well, even tho there were 10+ ppl just standing there gawking at us without offering to help … I'm looking forward to having her beside Justin, Chance and myself for Justin and Chance "CELEBRATION OF LIFE" ceremony on 2/19/22 where they will be getting gifts. She's probably the only person AND female on this planet that I truly trying … with my own life. I can tell you more about Jason's accident in person when we/if we see each other soon! Wasn't sure exactly the days I could customize my box and checked in January but it never let me customize. I don't know if I just checked when people were having issues but I am a bit annoyed by it all.

Customer service is very nice, but I'm growing more and more frustrated. I paid the annual fee already and I have nothing to show for it. My 1st winter box was shipped 100miles away from my address, 2nd winter box has yet to be delivered and it was shipped Jan 31. This company needs to use a different shipping method, we are not delivering mail by horseback anymore.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
