I swore I had removed a couple of items from my add-on cart and apparently I didnt, so I was charged for them. I sent a message to support and this wonderful woman named Tanya was able to remove the items and give me a refund!
I received a fantastic Winter FabFitFun subscription box. There was such a variety of items to choose from as part if my subscription and I was able to "shop" for other items at a much reduced cost! I love the hair dryer. Some items I chose will be gifted during the Holidays - even though I would like to keep them all...

I received my winter box on 11-14 and to my surprise I had gotten a wrong product. I got the salt/pepper grinder instead of the Sherpa blanket. The rep tried to give me a $20 credit but I insisted I wanted the blanket, the one item I was excited about. She said she processed the correct item and it should ship in 5 days. We will see. If not I will be upset, Im an annual member so I can pick everything in my box..

I enjoy the seasonal boxes and sales. The only reason I gave 4 stars is it would be very helpful to have access to customer reviews for products that have been offered in the past so we have a better idea of what we might like in the sales.

I placed an order on 10/27/2022. It sat until I emailed fabfitfun on 11/6/2022 because absolutely nothing had happened. My order likely would have just sat forever, instead it shipped on 11/8/2022 and I received a response on 11/9/2022. This is shady.

Increasingly disappointed. In they're reach for growth they began to overlook their current customers. As an annual member I saw them yet my choices on customization day because they're already sold out within 30 minutes so being an annual member has little to no benefit at this point. The products of also become increasingly Saturday with the exception of a few staples that are always good, I find the rest of it breaks, falls apart or it's disappointing. I used to truly look forward to the subscription and now I'm just riding out my year.

We offer a variety of selections in our boxes every season and popular products tend to become sold out first since our items are only available while supplies last. You can always check back the customization options from time to time as some members finalize their selections at the end of the customization period. Once they drop their options, it will become available for other members to pick so keep an eye out!
My questions were answered the first time. I don't like the policy but it is what it is.

No one even responded to me till after I cancelled my subscription. Shipping was horrible. I never did get my box. They said my address wasn't valid yet… that's my address so
I will not recommend this to anyone and it's very disappointing

I wanted to reopen my membership with FabFitFun but wasn't able to use PayPal.
It's not right for new members Have the option to use pay pal but it's not okay for people with account.

I love fff customer service is awsome but having a hard time with the restrictions of products to Canada and UK

I loved the boxes and have bought a lot of add-ons. However, I'm finding it is the same stuff over and over and even though I'm an annual member most of good the early access items are already sold out. New members will love it just as I did. My membership is due in December and I'm thinking I will drop out.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
