I had a new number and I had gotten another one and I called to try to get into my old account. I was afraid it was gonna be an extremely difficult procedure. However, the young man that was a customer service rep, made the whole experience quite lovely and he was just amazing. Not only did he resolve. Great service and great products but starting to get too expensive especially for Canadians. High shipping costs for us and exchange rate make it not affordable. May have to cancel after this. I would be sad to cancel but might not have a choice.

My box was sent to my old address and as soon as I brought it to FFF attention they advised that a new box would be shipped to my new address immediately. Anxiously awaiting…..

I can't say anything bad! When I had issues arise, the customer service was efficient and knowledgeable, they answered my questions and I've never been more satisfied with a subscription! Love it!

I have a mailing issue because I live in two different states, half the year in one state, half the year in another and their reps were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I've only had one item broken one time and they quickly replaced it. So both times I've had issues they were very responsive and quick to repair the problem. I love the items I get a feel it's worth what I'm paying and like other companies they haven't gotten cheaper and sending smaller items they still send full size items. I also have the ability as a annual member to be able to pick my items ahead of time so I don't get things I don't use or want. I have been with fab fit fun for several years now and I love them!

I really enjoy FFF but I recently ordered items for a fundraiser 3 weeks in advance and they still didn't come in time. Once I realized they weren't going to arrive, I had no way to cancel my order because I was told it was processed "immediately". If that is the case, why did it take over two weeks to send me tracking info? Now I'm stuck with items I don't need and then had to go out and spend MORE money to get the items on another site.

I absolutely love everything FFF! Being able to customize the box makes it so much more personal, FFF finds a way to cater to each and every one of us. I'm so happy with my subscription.
The sales that occur in between the boxes are amazing as well, I'm always trying something new. I love to share with friends and family through birthdays and random presents, they are always happy with their gifts.
Also the customer service is A+, I have always received quick and positive responses.

The shower is beautiful and is MORE than I expected in quality. Great product; love the rainfall shower head. Packaging was nice and customer service was very efficient.
My query was addressed promptly and efficiently. Communication is important especially when technology is in play.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I've lived in Fayetteville for five years and haven't had this issue before! THIS IS ABOUT TO BE MY LAST STRAW! Nothing but a $10 credit for my inconvenience. There were birthday gifts in those boxes…oh wait…that was in my original box that I was able to customize, but it got lost. Now the second box with two "surprises" in it is lost as well.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
