Over charging
December 5, 2022

I've been with Fab Fit Fun I think going on three years now however, in the last year they have been charging me taking off of my credit card almost $400. It's been happening more than once, which I can understand if it happened once or maybe even twice the box is not even worth $200 and I do live in Canada so there is definitely an exchange rate but not to the point where the regular box cost 189 and I'm paying 370 that makes no sense so if they keep it up I'm just gonna cancel my subscription

All of our prices are listed in USD, and since the Canadian Exchange Rate is constantly fluctuating, there may be a price difference from what is shown on your bank statements than what you were charged in USD. We can assure you that we have charged you for the price listed on your invoice, which was what the exchange rate was on that date of purchase. Canceling my membership

I have been a subscriber for 5+ years now. I used to be so excited to receive my box and see all the goodies inside, but I have become very disappointed. The numbers of items your receive seems to have gotten smaller, the options are all pretty much the same season after season. All of the boxes I received in the last year, have had almost exactly the same items that were offer the year before. Anything I get that I am actually excited to receive is an add on that I have purchased separately from the box. In my fall box order this year, someone in the company changed 3 of my choices that I selected to a random mystery item. Every box I have received this year has had some kind of problem, from the wrong items sent to changing my order. They have attempted to make things right, but I will not be renewing my subscription.

Package not delivered as FedEx claimed

Contacted C/S so they would work with FedEx. They got right in it. Turns out the person the package was delivered to in error brought it to me. Wasn't even a close address! C/S made sure all was well and were thankful for my reporting the issue.

FABULOUSLY ON TIME

I have had the BEST experience w/FFF I have given products as gifts and WOW their reactions are PRICELESS! Per the title, I have also NEVER had a late delivery if anything always EARLY. Also, I have missed (w/busy momlife) selecting my producta and have actually told my gusband "hey now! They pick better than I" SO...TY FFF...MY FRIENDS & FAMILY think I'm the BEST now

Damaged product from distributors
November 21, 2022

I've had 2 items damaged one came with the box.the fabric shaver and same order the rose gold wine rack. The distributor mailed a thin metal with a rose gold plating in only a plastic bag. Imagine the scratches that took off the plating completely. The bag was ripped and had holes. I bought it as a gift and purchased it for 36.00 and then purchase over 100.00of items to complete the wine rack. Im so upset with this. Who would ship someone like that in just a plastic bag? I need the wine rack not damaged. I was offered a credit which I don't want. I asked for the distributor to be Contacted and asked for a new one shipped properly and expedited. I am waiting to see if they will.
