I love that I am able to try things that I would normally not purchase. Most products are brands I have not heard so it expands my knowledge to share with my teen.

Was a little disappointed by this seasons box. The first item I picked and was excited about they took away. A lot of the same kind of products this time around. Not my favorite box so far
My only issue, and this was probably because of the things I chose, was that I got ONLY skin care products, nothing else. I was kind of hoping for a cute bag or glasses or a sweater or a carry mug for tea or something else. I do absolutely love all the skincare products though and can't wait to try them all!

I have had a wonderful experience with FFF. Some boxes have been better than others, but there is always something that I am really excited about getting. I also, love, love, love the add on and edit sales.

I love fff. Most the products are great and if I don't like something it's a good gift. I use many things daily like the face scrub wallet soap sponge hair straightener lotions make up products. I'm surprised when I tell my friends about it they dont know what it is. It's such a good deal and so fun to get every 3 months

I truly enjoy opening my seasonal box and finding all the fun goodies I chose and those that are a surprise! I'm trying so many other brands and products that I normally wouldn't and for the most part I've enjoyed them. Love gifting to myself

Awesome - i was really iffy about doing something like this, investing money into a box of things I may or may not like. However, I have loved trying everything in my past two boxes. The stuff I have recieved has been great and relatively on time.
My only lows are one of the nicest add-ons was eliminated after adding, and I was sent the wrong item once (but FFF handled it well and is sending me the proper item).

I love trying these items don't get me wrong... but... I received a face mask last time so I don't need one already in this next box. The lunch tote is tiny. The vitamin C stuff is nice but doesn't open right! I don't have under eye circles so I won't use the strips. I'm sorry to be so negative but I wanted to be honest. Thanks for asking.

I have been getting fab fit fun for about 2 years now and it's easily one of my favourite boxes! I love getting to try bougie items I wouldn't necessarily pick for myself. I have found some new brands to love after being able to try the items out! Member perks are also fantastic. I love the edit sales there's always great treasures to find. I also like that you can add additional items to your box for a low price, sometimes it's hard to pick between the options during the customization.

I have had to contact customer service a couple times regarding different things. Both times someone replied and was able to help me quickly and efficiently. In regards to the box itself, I couldn't be more happy. I upgraded to the annual subscription so I could pick more items in the box and provide a better experience when I received my box. This allows me to know exactly what I am getting except for when I choose mystery items, of course! All in all, I am in love and asked my husband to buy another year for
My Christmas present!

I just received my 5th and worst fff box. Even though the profile I completed specifically tells the products I'm most interested in and beauty products are listed as least liked, as I am a Rodan and Fields Consultant, every product in this box is "beauty" related. I am seriously considering canceling my subscription. What good is completing a profile if it's not going to be taken into consideration?

I have to say that I am torn between getting to choose so many items in my box and wanting it to all be a surprise. I have only done the choosing but I do really love it! These are items that I would never purchase for myself and it is nice to treat myself to expensive items while staying on budget.

Ive had a great experience with my first 3 boxes. The summer edit sale was my first edit sale and my only bad experience. Items took weeeeeks to arrive, one of my items was cancelled, in the end, fab fit fun made it right. I was disappointed at the items in the fall box. I think summer edit and fall box were all part of the companies stress in moving to a new warehouse. I look forward to winter!

I really like it most of the time. However, sometimes I feel like the "mystery" item isn't worth it or I'd rather have 2 things from one "custom" not just 2 from each
My experience has been good either then when the add on's are available as a Canadian I seem to get the message we can shop long after most of the really god stuff is gone. The goodies I get are great but I am thinking of joining the Canadian one, it is not as much fun but I get a Chance at good add on's and do not feel like i am missing out.

Every box has way to much skin care. Also this fall box was not fall themed at all was very disappointed fall use to be the best box. Lately it seems there is so much skin care the boxes are just thrown together with no season theme just a bunch of skin care items.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
