I should have read the reviews before signing up for a trial box. They asked me to activate my account which i did not and they still took out over $53 from my account. I tried to resolve it with them but they quit responding to my messages. I had to contact my back to report fraudulent charges! This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with! This is my warning to you! Do not give them your payment info! They are a very greedy company! And as i write this, its been a month since they stole my money and i still have no box or product! They're not even worth the 1 star I had to give to get this posted!
Each season I wait with anticipation for the arrival of the new box. This is the end of my second year of being a member. It seems that each box received is more disappointing than the last. This time I got no cool items at all. Just a lot of the same lotions and a hair wrap. I have received an overabundance of facial products that I will not likely ever use. That's a type of product that can easily cause irritation so trying something new all the time is not something I want to do. My boxes are never as exciting as the ones promoted by the celebrities. I'm not sure why I get the least desirable selections. Needless to say, this will be my last box.

This is my third box with them. The first was fun with a water bottle and a few other fun items. Now, after my third box, I'm getting tired of all the body products. There's no way I can use all of them and most aren't fun enough to gift to anyone else. I'm going to finish the year with the Winter box and then consider canceling.

This entire business a joke. I've never seen a more incompetent customer service department. They take forever to reply and when they do, they give you useless information and don't answer your question.

I was so excited to get this and try all the different products! I got the Editor's Box and basically all of the products were not good. The liquid eyeliner flaked off within an hour. The two face moisturizing sprays smelled terrible. The hyaluronic acid serum smelled horrid! The VictoriaLandBeauty smelled like it was old and the flat iron brush didn't work. I haven't tried the hair product yet, but it smells good at least. I am usually not a complainer, and maybe these products are supposed to smell bad, but I was just very disappointed that NONE of them were any good. The only thing I was able to use was the massage roller and it was just ok...

Was this merely a marketing ploy to get new members to sign up for your summer box? If I'm a member and you offer a big discount again will you reduce the value for my box. I waited to see if the value went up for the fall box and from what I can see, it did. Not worth it!

Just received my fall 2019 box, and cancelled. The only fall item in the box was a scarf, the wallet was cheap, and an assortment of lotion and hair care products that I won't use... again. I can find better deals at TJ Maxx for hair and skin and it seems like they just get what no one wants and throw it in the box. You used to get an assortment of cute things, trinkets ect... not so much anymore. The causebox looks to be what I will be doing from now on.

I read several negative reviews so I waited to subscribe. My daughter was happy with her first 3 boxes and i just received my first box. I am glad i did it. I received a flat iron, Kate spade lunch box and other good stuff. I like it. ;)

I always enjoy getting a new box. I'm always pleasantly surprised at all the items & how much I like them/how much I get introduced to things I didn't even know I needed! Also there's always a few items that I've been wanting to get but haven't splurged on - but y'all put them in there. So much fun, such a good deal!

I love my box. The household product and skin care and the hair care I love it. But, the clothing you put in the box is too small.

I've heard great things about Fab Fit Fun and decided to give it a try. My first box came and some of my items were missing from what I customized online. They gave me some other random ones instead of reaching out to let me know they were replacing it. I was disappointed with the products in general as well. I don't think I'll use most of them. I feel like it was a waste of money.

I'm an annual member and like that I can pick most of the items in my box. They're usually things I will use although a bit lacking on the fitness aspect. The only issue I've had is that my first box shipped over a month after I ordered it, but customer service gave me a credit which was great. I used it for the edit sale because they have tons of cool products I'd like to try but wouldn't pay full price for.

I love my seasonal FabFitFun box. I enjoy customizing, but also being surprised by the products. There's a great variety and the value is AMAZING! I'm addicted to the add-ons and edits. The presentation of each box is cool. I really love that the company seems to promote giving back and supports women-owned companies.

I've been with FFF for over a year now and have gotten my roommates and best friend all on board. FabFitFun is a BLAST! The value of the boxes is amazing, and I love getting and trying products that I normally wouldn't treat myself to.

I've always had great experiences with FabFitFun. It's fun to open up a box every few months, with fun new items. Finding good new brands is also a perk. Sometimes I gift items, but sometimes I gift myself too!

I have received 4 boxes now, 1 for each season. I personally love the assortment of beauty, personal care and lifestyle items. I am able to customize 3 picks each seasonal box.
The shipping is slow, boxes ship within 30 days of payment and then it takes about 10 days to arrive after ot actually ships.
Other than that, I really enjoy the box

I love getting my fab fit fun box every quarter. I like getting to pick out my items through customization and adding the extras at a discounted price. Usually when the box comes, I have items in there that I don't really like but sometimes I'll end up liking them after using it once or twice. Overall, I really look forward to my box every quarter. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning opening presents.

My coworker and I get the seasonal boxes and We LOVE THEM! We count down the days and share what we customize and add on. Then when the boxes come we share our things if the other one would love it more. We are loving Fab Fit Fun!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.

After the 21 day period, the card on file is charged for membership if the member does not cancel.
