I spoke to M. J. today and she was so nice and pleasant and went out of her way to fix the problems that I had and also answered all my questions very patiently. I hung up feeling like this company really wants to keep their customers happy and she did this 100 percent!

I'm extremely happy with all the goodies that came in my winter box. With the exception of a few missing items. It's unsure if it was fabfitfun packing mistake or someone took it. The mailman delivered it to the wrong address but the body was intact when I picked it up. So needless to say I was really disappointed when I saw that there are hardly any things in the Box. However the moment I called fabfitfun customer service they corrected it and will be shipping the missing item.

What started off as something sad turned into a wonderful experience! FedEx stated my package was delivered, yet I never received it(and have received all of my packages that I've received confirmation emails for). I contacted fab fit fun to see if they insure their packages and to seek advice. They checked my account and simply put in for a replacement to be sent! I'm beyond impressed with their service! After a bad week, I was looking forward to my box and was so disappointed when it wasn't here when I'd received the delivery email, but I'm so grateful for the replacement!

I have been an active customer with fabfitfun for maybe 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. It's in a league of its own with subscription boxes, not only because of the quality of the products, the overall cost, but also the customer service is phenomenal. Whenever I have any question, they answer it and go above and beyond by checking on any other order I have without my even needing to ask. I really love that! The sales are fun and have amazing prices for usually 70% off or more sometimes. The complimentary workout videos are amazing and give me good exercise at home! The community online is full of wonderful women who support each other. If you have thought of trying a subscription, you can't go wrong with fabfitfun. Especially because you can also choose most of your items in the box.

Did not get the items I chose, 80 %of the time things are missing. Last year it was terrible. Now I just dont report it. Cause I dont feel like jumping through hoops

Love the products and service is amazing. Great quality products. I gave a friend of mine a item from my first box, she fell.in love with it. I use most of the products on a regular basis. They are not harsh on the skin and no allergens

They always give great products. I've never gotten anything I didn't like or enjoy. I had an issue with shipment, I messaged them and was promptly responded to with a solution. It's very much appreciated.

I was suppose to receive my winter box today but somehow Fabfit fun messed up my zip code. I've received 2 boxes prior to this so they should have the correct address. When I call them all they can do for me is resend a box the maybe here in a week and a half. I was planning on send this box and other gift in a big package to surprise my step daughter. Usually I'm laid back but very upset. Especially knowing my packagr is sitting at FedEx down the street from my house. I called FedEx and they told me all the send has to do is call and they will deliver it tomorrow. But noooo. They have to resend an entire new box that will take time. Not happy.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
