I ordered the fall box wanting to gift it to my mom for Christmas. Once I realized it was going to take around a month to get the box in I got on the love chat and spoke with someone. He was very helpful and because my order hadnt been processed yet was able to get me a full refund. He offered me a mystery product valued at over $50 if Ivwpuld keep the subscription but once I told him the only way Icwould keep it was if it could be here by Christmas. He then got right to work on seeing if he could help me. Luckily he was. I told him bc of his awesome customer service I will considered ordering myself a box at a later time and I meant i it. I fully intend on order myself a box closer to summer for my birthday.
I ordered a mega bundle. And 5 weeks later told that i i wouldn't recieve it. Due to out of stock. Nov 9th they had no problem taking my 93$ 87 plus tax. There was no attempt to build me a different mega. Just a option for refund. On the 12 was told they were not going to throw me a different mega. And i was getting the mega only to find out on the 16th no refund yet. It was done today. Fff had no problem taking my money but fell short on there end. Very disappointing makes me afraid to put money into fff

Your website is difficult to navigate. It is nearly impossible to go back and revise certain things. Then when I do go back I find out via my credit card statement that I was charged for a box I did not want. All I wanted to do was to order some boxes for gifts. Instead it turned into a real headache. I'm very apprehensive about ordering from this site as I don't know what other surprises are in store for me.

Great so far but had to cancel my subscription. The items were good so far in my box. Hopefully my winter box comes in like she said it will I will be waiting.
I find Fab Fit Fun to be shady! For example, I referred a friend but she used another code so I didn't get the $15.00 referral bonus and customer service was less than helpful. Or the starter box was sent to my elderly mom before she got her "starter box" which they charge $10.00 for they charged her $49.99 for a full box and said she didn't cancel in time but she was still waiting on a starter box how will she even know if she likes it. I spend so much time contacting them over billing issues, it's just not worth it for me to renew with them.

I love FabFitFun boxes! I look forward to my box every season and all of the additional add-ons and fun offers they have! I've tried other boxes but haven't found anything with the quality of FabFitFun.

I have been receiving the fabfitfun box for almost a year now. I have had to contact the company twice. First time, this past month a blanket I had received in my box was starting to come apart at the seam. I messaged them and they took care of it that day. No nightmares, no drama, they happily took care of the issue immediately. Second time, I had placed an order for cyber Monday and I was just trying to figure out shipping information as I couldn't located it in my account. The team member was able to track the order and tell me exactly when I would receive the package. This company is on top of it as far as customer service as well as the product you receive in your box. I have cancelled all of my other box subscriptions and just kept this one because I love the variety of my box each season and the ability to add on to my box!

I wasn't sure what to expect with this box. We've subscribed to others in the past. One box would be good, but it wasn't consistent. So far, I've received two FFF boxes and they have both exceeded my expectations for quality and value. I will definitely purchase many of the products I've received in my boxes.
With the last box, I purchased some add-one. One, a gift set, arrived damaged. Rather than replace the one item in the gift set, they are replacing the entire thing. Narzil in Customer Service was efficient, caring, attentive, and very professional!
I would highly recommend this subscription box!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
