As Amazon has chosen to implement a temporary ban "to protect Prime customer experience" against FedEx I wish this company found consumers as important. My package never arrived. I'm being told to do the leg work to track down my own package via FedEx and postal service. When finally contacted via email I'm being told it is a common occurrence for packages to be marked as delivered (up to five days prior to delivery) and to wait the five days before re-contact. Now Fab is wanting to withdraw money for my next box before resolving said issue. Needless to say I am a very displeased customer and plan on cancelling my membership before even getting to experience any product.
I just signed up for fab fit fun and excited to get my first box! There was a minor issue with a promotion they were running so I emailed them about it and they got back to me with in 24 hours and resolved the issue right away.

A neighbor took my sister's box, which was a Christmas present, and opened it and took some things out before giving it to her. FabFitFun agreed to replace it. So happy!

I love receiving my FabFitFun box and wish I'd signed up sooner but was too poor to partake. Spending $300 annually is manageable but still a hefty bite. As long as items stay relevant to my needs/wants I think I can maintain it.

Finding out I PAY FOR EVERYTHING IN THE BOX... NEED TO GET MY BOX. YOU SENT WRONG INFORMATION WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE STAFF ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION OR NOT ATTENTIVE TO THE FINER DETAILS. YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING FOR NEXT BOX TILL AFTER 1ST BOX HAS BEEN RECIEVED AND ALL IS WELL. ITS. COMING ACROSS AS MISREPRESENTATION AND DISHONEST

Have been a FabFitFun customer for about two years now. I really enjoy the anticipation of getting a new box with fun surprises every season. BUT DO NOT order a MYSTERY BOX BUNDLE. I ordered two mystery boxes thinking the stuff would come in two individual boxes. I was planning on using them for my girls Xmas party gift exchange. All the stuff came in different plastic bags. LEFT OVER stuff no one really wants. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Two items (face scrub and cream) paid for what I spend which was $80 total but again, I would have rather spent that money on two very nice gifts. I also like the idea of each box being filled with mystery items for someone to open like a FabFitFun box NOT IN PLASTIC BAGS. Very unhappy.

I got amazing products that I love that I would not normally go to a store and buy on my own. This is a great way to treat my self to some nice products for affordable price! Or for any woman who has a hard time buying anything not in the clearance aisle when it is for themselves

When I received my Winter box after waiting for what seemed like forever, I was immensely let down when I saw I was missing my makeup pallet! I understand I have to be a yearly member to have more choice items and this was one of the choice items for yearly members. However, from all of the YouTube and Instagram unboxing videos, I had the understanding that all member would receive some kind of makeup pallet, as there were different brands of pallets being advertised. The box is much more valuable to me because, at the time I was choosing between FFF and BoxyCharm. My box did not include any makeup so I was simply just was not lucky enough to get a pallet or I needed to be a yearly member so that I could have picked it. Luckily,, my entire experience was turned into a positive one! I was hesitant to even contact customer service, I was just going to cancel and not say anything. But I am so glad I did and the customer service was above and beyond. I will not be cancelling, I hope to upgrade my membership soonz! I am being mailed the Puddin' pallet and I am completely happy with that! I am so excited to get it! The customer service really helped me and made me very happy with my overall experience. I have been writing in about this same issue for 2 weeks now and someone finally told me what's going on. He found the issue, educated me on it and found a way to fix it. Now it wasnt what I wanted to hear but it's not his fault. He did his job, unlike others I have spoken with.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.

We can do our best on our end to give you all the info we have, however, we have the member's reach out directly to the courier because the shipment is under their information!
