I have had to use their live chat multiple times and every time I get someone that is very helpful and provides straight forward answers. They are personable and have fast service.
FitFabFun obviously cares for customer satisfaction. I expressed abconcern and my customer service agent was quick, friendly and willing to make satisfaction the priority. My experience with FitFabFun has been nothing but positive. Love everything I get and look forward to my box each time. I say anyone on the fence about subscribing DO IT! You will love it all and their customer service makes it all perfect to your satisfaction

I just got my winter box in the mail. I was very excited to open the box but quickly got disappointed to see what was in it. I missed the opportunity to customize this one but I still had a hope that the box would have at least one item I would have picked for myself if I had the chance to. There was NOT one item I would have wanted. The set of lashes won't even stick to my eyes even with the adhesive and I can't even use lashesMD conditioner bc I am allergic to one of the ingredients. So so so disappointed.

As a single mom on low income I REALLY LOVE THIS BOX! I can't afford to buy myself things I have 3 kids I raise on SSI so these FFF boxes are my indulgence

I have been an annual subscriber for over 3 years. This is my favorite subscription box hands down. I have tried maybe 10 different subscription boxes. The others either fell in quality, the price wasn't worth the price, or the worst yet, skin care and cosmetics were dupes made in the PRC. None of these things are true regarding FFF. They are always striving to find new items with a nice selection of different types of things. The quality is great overall and they allow you to customize your entire box if you are an annual subscriber. You can also customize some of your items as a seasonal subscriber. I recommend annual though because you save some money, but best of all you customize earlier than the seasonal. Generally, one of the items in the box is the cost of the entire box. You will find in each box high quality skincare, household items, cool things you didn't realize you couldn't live without, and on and on. I have items that I use daily that I received a couple of years ago.

Customer service fine but the company stinks. Couldn't send multiple orders to different people. Needed to make multiple fake email accounts to do so, and then site couldn't use same charge card. Awful experience, canceled all orders. Will go back to PopSugar

Every member is limited to one seasonal box each season unless we have them available for additional purchases in our sales! The best way to gift FabFitFun is to purchase a gift card covering the amount of the first box in a Seasonal subscription! This way, those you are gifting it to can set up their own account under their information. We apologize for the inconvenience!

I didnt catch my winter box from a house I moved from my email received on the 16th said your package was delivered on the 7th. So I missed it by days. But my box is being resent to me thank you.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
