Accidentally ordered seasonal then upgraded to annual when I only wanted the annual. Called right away and was helped with understanding and friendliness. I was very impressed and it made me feel very good about my choice to get these boxes!

Originally I got invited by a friend with a starter box. The box came, wasn't super impressed with it, but chalked it up to it not being personalized. It did contain a mix of items. So I signed up for the quarterly box. My first box was the winter box. I was so disappointed. Fabfitfun markets their boxes as a mix of lifestyle, beauty, and fitness items. This is what is supposed to set their boxes apart from other beauty subscription boxes. I got 6 beauty products. A face Moisturizer, a pair of false eyelashes, a eyelash conditioner, a single use bag of bath salts, a single use hand mask, and a face Shae butter mask. For me, single use items make this feel cheap. It's a quarterly subscription. Maybe it's just me, but they boast about it being full size products, shouldn't they last more than 1 day? Maybe 1 single use item wouldn't have upset me but 3 out of the 6 items are single use. Half of the box is gone in one day. Then 2 face moisturizers? Really? Why? I feel like false eyelashes are so personal. They should only give them to people who want eyelashes. I won't use them. Additionally, who needs to condition their eyelashes? How is that a thing? They valued eyelash conditioner at $70 which is the majority of the value of the box. Not only do I not need to condition my eyelashes. I would never pay $70 to do it. So essentially I will only use the face moisturizer, but can't justify paying $49 plus shipping for it. I contacted customer service and they really offered nothing to fix it. They refused to let me just ship the box back for a refund and hassled me about canceling. I had to call and do live chat to get my subscription cancelled.

I had emailed the Customer Care Reps about my winter box. No complaints just stating I wish I had received the items everyone was ewwwing and awwwing about... I had dropped the ball and missed the custom dates. My fault. Finn corrected my issue immediately, I'm again a very happy loyal customer! Thank You FFF and Finn!

I received the wrong item in my fabfitfun winter box. I contacted the live chat line and they resolved the issue and promised to send me the correct item within 5 minutes. They were very professional, efficient and helpful.

I had to contact fun fit fab because my winter box was left on my front porch. I don't exactly know when the box was delivered because we do not use our front porch, so in turn my entire box was ruined because of all the rain we have been having. MJ took her time in researching my issue. I also explained to her that I was expecting something different in my box. She ask me if I was able to customize my box and when I stated no, she was able to change my products in my replacement box and include the 1 item that I was looking forward to receiving. She was very courteous and gracious. Thank you MJ you really made me feel special.

She was great at finding what I was talking about since I couldn't put it up while on the phone. She advised me to wait to the fifth and then if not call back and that they will take care of it I've had a rough two years and she made me feel like I will be OK and if it's not here on the fifth my boxes it will be there hopefully before Christmas
Had changed banks and missed the winter box. When I fixed my info I asked about the winter box. Even though my phone was having issues, Rhian hung with me until everything was fixed and my winter box was on its way.
Didn't give up until I was satisfied. Hope I am satisfied with the product as it wasn't easy to get reinstated.

I cannot put to words how obsessed I am with this subscription service. Something about only receiving the box four times a year builds up the excitement. I love the packaging and that they keep in touch with reminders and calendar events. My son is three and even he gets excited with me when I get the text from FedEx about my packages arriving. Any issues I've had with any products has been quickly and efficiently resolved through email. Love it.

I have been waiting for my winter extra box & bundle order ever since November 2019 I have not received it. Zac was able to fix the problem & make sure that it will be shipped out to me. There was a few other questions he answered. Thank you again.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
