I was a bit apprehensive about the box and the amount I was spending but really I am happy with my decision and just one of the products alone is worth the money spent. The quality of the facial items 10! Love love love it!
I was so disappointed when a big part of my order was missing, but the excellent communication and willingness to fix the situation and make it right was great. I feel appreciated. I know mistakes happen, but it's all in how you handle them that matters..

I absolutely love my fabfitfun box can I get every months. It's one of the best days of the month for me when I receive it. I also love the people and customer service are always so friendly and so helpful and they truly go out of their way can make sure that I am satisfied

It was very helpful and changed my subscription fast. Zed was my advocate and he made my experience wonderful. I was going to cancel overall but Zed put me on the correct subscription. FFF started out as a novelty. A box of great stuff to try. Now, the boxes have become almost empty and the stuff in them is crap such as candles. Not worth the money.
Hi Jennifer, thanks for this feedback! All our Seasonal boxes include between 7-10 full-sized items and are valued at over $200 USD. We receive these retail values directly from the vendors! We'll certainly pass this along to the appropriate teams as we're always looking for new ways to improve the member experience!
The first box was pretty good and the second was terrible only 1 item that could be used and the rest terrible. They sent a necklace that only a child would wear. I called to see if they could help me and all I was offered was $5.00. Too bad, I was happy with the 1st box and thought it would make a great gift for 3 of my girls. What makes this worse is being a Canadian customer and Canadian funds to US. VERY VERY Disappointed and NOT FUN

I've been a subscriber to FabFitFun for a few years now and always LOVE the products. Recently, I had an issue with an order but it was immediately resolved once I reached out. I'm impressed at how the company went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Will definitely continue with my annual subscription (plus all the great add-ons available!)

I gave FabFitFun 5 stars not only because I absolutely love everything about the box, but they have amazing customer service. There have been 2 times I have had an issue with my boxes, and both times their customer service immediately fixed the problem either by crediting my account or replacing the items. I will be a FabFitFun customer for life!

I was anxious about where my goods were and so I used FFF.com's live chat with customer service and I only waited 1 minute and while I was waiting it counted down my place in line. I was asked what the issue was and the CSR answered my question in detail as to exactly where my subscription box was and where it was headed next. I was very happy not to be pressured to buy anything else and I wish other companies I deal with treated me so well. I love the live chat service! Its 5 star treatment.

I love the Fab Bit Fun boxes. I've never had a disappointing seasonal box.
By mistake, FFF forgot to place an item in my box. I sent an email to customer service and by the next morning the item was on it's way. Great customer service, incredible products, and a pretty good value. I would recommend

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
