I love FabFitFun. I get a variety of things. Even if I don't love everything, I'm happy to share with friends and they're always thrilled. It's such a nice surprise every few months. I have done a few smaller subscription boxes in the past and was always disappointed. I never feel that way about these boxes and look forward to getting them every time!
My FabFitFun box was stolen from my front porch and I was so angry/sad. I reached out to FabFitFun to see if they would replace it, thinking there was no way they actually would. And they actually were willing to replace my stolen box! No questions asked. I am so pleased with my customer service experience and my opinion on FabFitFun just got 10x better!
I love FFF their products are amazing and are products I would have liked to try but wouldn't have spent the money! FFF gives you the opportunity to try new products without wasting money! Everything is chosen with care and a lot of thought for their customers. I loved it so much I ordered for my daughter n love! This is now her standing birthday present that gives all year and she loves it all! This way she also has the opportunity to buy add ons and add to her birthday present.

I most recently purchased my very first FabFitFun for a Christmas present for my niece. With a few glitches on my original subscription order that I made. Justin was pronto on fixing the issues and helping me get the package for Christmas Eve Arrival.

I hadn't had a problem before this last order. It wasn't something very noticable, my slippers had a slice in them, likely from the person who opened a box of slippers with a box cutter and went a little tooooo deep. I contacted them, and 2 days later they were taking care of it.

I love fabfitfun because the boxes are amazing and anytime I have an issue they resolve it in an instant! I've been played by Birchbox multiple times and no one ever responds to my emails and never let me cancel so fabfitfun really impressed me!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
