I really enjoy my FabFitFun boxes. It is a welcomed treat every three months. I am getting an opportunity to try beauty products that I may not have thought to purchase. So far I have gotten a few products that I have personally repurchased. I feel that my boxes are always a good value. Also, I had an item come damaged this last week. Lexie, with customer service, was friendly, helpful and efficient in taking care of my needs. I appreciate that a replacement item will be sent. It is refreshing to deal with a company with excellent customer service. I will continue giving my business and keep sharing my love of FabFitFun with friends.

I've been a FFF customer for a while, & I'm obsessed. They always have such fun options & goodies in every box. And I get super psyched whenever I can customize & choose some add-ons :) I've only had one issue (damaged item), & Leanelle was amazing at helping resolve the issue.

There was a product missing in my box. I emailed FFF right away and within 12 hours I had an email with my solution in it! Zeke was very polite and curtious also! I love FFF!

Items look used even, box is a lie. I cannot believe they can sell this stuff. I was so disappointed in receiving the first box,. They also are not very professional, there is hardly a way to get customer service and they refuse to give refunds. Sound to me like they are desperate for business. Most people have good customer service. I tried to get refunded after receiving this awful box and they said basically shut up and put up. I would not recommend them

Fabfitfun box is the best box on the market and I have tried almost everyone I can find. You can select the items you want and you can add on items to your box. It's great!

I had made a mistake in ordering and they quickly fixed it. The box was so exciting to open! I cannot wait to get the next one. All products are high end and usable! The reVive Light Therapy Glo Wrinkle and Anti-Aging Light Device was a pleasant surprise. I'm anxious to try it!
I accidentally clicked on "upgrade my subscription" and it immediately charged my card $200. I called the help line and Gloria couldn't have been more helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She let me know about the perks of upgrading, which I plan on doing once I have the money for it. And she did let me know due to the accident she can refund me the money even though all sales are final. A stressful situation turned into a calm taken care of situation.

I was so excited to get my first box. Then I opened it. A pack of straws, some conditioner, face mask, wrinkle treatment, some weird storage cube and tea towels?
Sooooo disappointing. Nothing like the pictures. Not even remotely close.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
