I just joined FFF and instantly had website issues (more liek my computer issues) anyways I stressed because although the charge went through I never got to the screen to customize my box or to even put in my mailing address... I emailed Customer Service and got Sheena! She emailed me several times to let me know what she was doing to fix the problem, she sent me an updated list of all the customization options so I would know what I could pick from and didnt keep asking for sold out options and really made the whole process so much nicer. I was able to reset my password, log.in, add my address and spent hours just going througg the community, reading, e ploring and enjoying the excitement waiting for my first of what will be many boxes...

Phenomenal, even though I don't like a couple things I've gotten like colored lip stick or eye shadow since I literally never wear that stuff! It's still fun and I can give it away! Which is great! Who doesn't like to share and give?! And receive! It's all
About the giving and receiving! Plus I live on the big island of Hawaii and let's face it. To find quality product here is a joke! I feel like I live under a rock on a big rock! Which I love but I love it more with my box every few months! It's like my birthday 4 times a year!

Although this was my second request for this information it was handled very quick and efficient this time, maybe my first message did not get through.
I had a difficult one I noticed today my account was billed by fabfitfun but I thought I canceled all boxes due to my illness I'm no longer can afford them but the account that I thought was billed wasn't my caregiver used my name and open accounts using me and my money Long story from the 10 emails I gave him he found the account that was open and refund me and close the account I'm very thankful for cidrix L for helping me today

My box arrived in a cardboard box, so not thrilled with extra packaging. I know some like to keep the actual box because they are so pretty, so understand why it was shipped in another box. How about an option for less packaging?
I absolutely love fab fit fun, not just because of the excellent products, or the feel like it's Christmas every three months, but because of the customer care when anything goes wrong? Everyone is so helpful and efficient and takes great care of the client! It's fun in a package!

It's been a horrible year with losing my only son last year. I find myself not wanting to do things or go places. I've been seeing these &! Just felt like doing something for myself just to lift me up a few times a year. Can't wait to see what I get and how I will hopefully force myself to start doing a little more for myself to get out of this rut!
I was trying to order my first box and for some reason it had the wrong zip code. So I had to call customer service and Cara was my agent. She was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She made sure my order was right and was so kind, she helped to make my day start off great.

Forget the website if you're trying to cancel your subscription, or to just avoid getting charged $52 after a member sends you a starter box. Website is NOT used friendly if you're trying to cancel! Also if you lose your password, the reset link doesn't do a thing. I never got a reset link though I tried three different times. Call *******267 to speak to customer service instead. It's taken me three starter boxes from my FabFit Member sister to figure this out. My service girl was very friendly and helpful and helped me cancel 0-hassle. She has to tell you about all the ways to reactivate, it's just their business model, just say no thank you if you aren't interested. Even if you are frustrated like I was, please don't take it out on the customer service people. Fortunately for me, the new box hadn't shipped and they sent me a refund!
Was very disappointed that my package was lost or stolen. Reached out to customer service and once the 5 day grace period ended they resolved my concern.

I love my box every season. The add on shops are awesome. I absolutely love the stuff they have and are great deals. Also, the customer service is amazing. I never have an issue getting things resolved (unlike some other subscription services who do not even have customer service BC). Shipping is super fast and very organized. What I love about FFF the most is the customer service response time and the fact that they have live chat. Well besides the boxes I mean. Lol. Thank you FFF.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
