I was excited to get my tracking number for my next shipment so much fun getting a "surprise " and great products there was a problem with shipping, they reached out overcompensated for the problem. Great company now the suspense of waiting again but I know it will be worth it! I don't have money to spend on myself, this is a great way to get new products you wouldn't go out and spend full price on. Thank you fab fit fun!

I has some issues my email and Jim from customer service was amazing. He walked me through the process and helped me customize my box. I'm not very tech savvy so it made my day to learn from someone without being treated like a dumbass. Jim is awesome.

This company truly goes above and beyond to not only help their clients but give them more than they expected. Yes youread that right... more than you expect. I made an error in my membership and they honored my mistake when they did not have to and I was so impressed by this customer service I wanted to share my experience. I never do this kind of thing. I'm too lazy but I thought this was worth it.

Got a product that had a small box knife cut and I contacted CS... Adi processed my problem with one email and set up a replacement to be sent... no trying to get out of it, no balking, no nonsense!
I cancelled only after I saw what this gimmick was all about! I still got charged for the box which I no longer wanted. BUYER BEWARE!
I am very pleased with this company and the professionalism of the workers. Calling customer service was easy and not stressful at all unlike most. Although the company is not very clear on the terms of getting a small tester box (gifted to me by a friend. Witch was free with 5 dollars shipping) it was not clearly stated that after 21 days my card would be charged for a full size spring box. Had I of known I would be charged this I would have canceled my subscription sooner. I was under the impression I would only be getting the mini starter box and that it no further charges. They did refund me after calling customer crevice and canceled my subscription thankfully. For further reference make sure to read even the user small fine print.

To help clarify, all members who started their subscription with a Starter box will be automatically billed for their first full-subscription box after 21 billing days, unless they cancel before their next billing schedule. The fabfitfun customer service is the best somehow my add on lipstick was missing in my box and the little box that it was suppose to come In was empty I took pictures and fabfitfun is sending me a replacement

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
