I bought the seasonal sub for discounts and the edit sales and add on's is what make me want to stay. I love the products and the amazing deals you can get on this site. Yes they moved offices and there was some trouble with the headache of shipping 2 seasons ago. But that cleared up. It's that time again and I'm totally buying what I need. They usually have high end brands and then some unknown brands that are new. Sometimes it's a hit and miss. I've never had a box tho that I didn't repurchase at least one or two things in there at full price just because they worked so darn good. Sometimes I get stuff I go why this, but I end up using it bottom of the jar or until it finally break years down the road. Sometimes I'll get sheet mask I don't ever use but it's always one of the real expensive kind that I'd never buy for myself. So I try it and love it. They do stick to the profile. I've never gotten anything unrelated to what I'd at least like. The one thing to remember is if you add stuff to your cart, there's no checkout and they'll bill you and ship them. It's how they work. The add on's and the edit sales they're addicting. I save hundreds.

FabFitFun is worth the money! I have been a member for 2 years and every box I have gotten I have absolutely loved! They have the best products and it is the only place I will get my skincare items. Thanks to FabFitFun, my skincare routine now consists of some of the best brands out there and it doesn't break the bank. They have such great deals and AMAZING customer service reps! The boxes are worth every penny and I believe everyone should become a member!

It's the best gift I give to myself. I get so excited when shipments come in the mail. It's like Christmas Day. The products are wonderful and such a great deal. I get hundreds of dollars worth of amazing products at a fraction of the cost. I have been able to try new stuff I would have never tried in the past. My skin has been better than it's ever been. I am so thankful to have found that Fab Fit Fun!

I asked to cancel my annual subscription and have my credit card credited $140.40. Customer service responded the next day and my account was credited the full amount.
I have had to contact customer service a couple of times. I always get fast courteous service. The staff know their jobs well and always seem happy on the phone. Its always a great experience.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
