I've been a devout FFF customer for years now. I've referred many friends and family members because I truly love the products they provide. On top of all the innovative products they have the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Their customer service reps are on top of any issues I've encountered and have always been quick to provide reasonable, and often very generous, solutions.
I tried my best to follow cancelation instructions but as I feared it was not canceled. In trying to get a refund, I have to send the box back at my own expense. It's extra work on my end and I feel their cancellation should be made easier for those who choose. I will receive a refund for the box when I send it back but I feel they like many companies they should provide a return slip since i followed instructions to the best I could. Otherwise, their product seem very nice.
Hello Dayna! We're sorry to hear about your disappointment. All members can cancel their membership anytime and if members are having trouble doing it online, our channels (email, chat, and phones) are open 24/7 to help our members. If our members do not want to be billed, the cancelation must be processed before the next billing date. In addition, FabFitFun does not have a system for a prepaid return label since all FabFitFun purchases are considered final and non-refundable. In case of any damaged and defective items, we honor replacement as long as it's reported within 2 weeks from the delivery date and the claim is valid.
Got my extras order and the shampoo I ordered was in a plastic bag and it had been open, the majority of the shampoo and spilled into the bag covering everything in it.

I have had only 2 issues (issues is a hard word to use here) where I have needed to call into customer service to get the situations resolved and both times the customer service reps I have spoken with have been so friendly and extremely helpful! I love my subscription and love the fact customer services makes me feel taken care of!

I wasn't sure about FFF. I'm not super girly. Dont use makeup. However I'm so glad I gave them a try. There is so much other fun stuff to try. And the one time I had a problem with an order. They promptly made it right! Way to the benefit of myself.

I sent a complaint to FFF regarding my first box which was the summer box, I thought I made customizations didn't receive them, here I did not submit them properly and they still are sending me what I wanted! Great customer service! Will always be apart of FFF now bc they took the time to listen, resolve and make me happy all at the same time

The mailing timeframe for a box that was not customized is ridiculous & unacceptable. It is also not advised or explained when placing your order!

I made my 3 choices as a seasonal member and they didn't arrive in my box. Apparently the site had issues and the person I came to for help told me it was my fault but then I spoke with Chelsea and she not only helped me but allowed me to feel more at ease with my crisis. She took great care of me and made sure my needs were met. We need more people like her!

This used to be good in the beginning but now not so much. When I finally canceled after this last box the customer service was horrible! The way they didn't read my request and email was totally disappointing. I felt like I was dealing with smarty acting 12 year old instead of a so call professional. They had to make sure they got the last word in. Sure they did. I would give a zero on customer service if I could!

To me, customer support is huge. I had an issue (delivery problem, NOT due to FabFitFun) and I was given a prompt resolution after the grace period that is in the policy. The rep was kind, clear, helpful (thanks RiRi!) and I am so happy with the way this was handled. Thanks to FabFitFun for excellent customer service - it makes the difference.

The other sales not the box is vrry confusing. We need better tracking like Amazon so you can see what you ordered how many date and day you ordered price and tracking and shipping from each item cuz i order many duplicate items amd not always on purpose.

Our processing time frame varies depending on which sale events you purchased the item. The processing timeframes are stated through our banners online before you start shopping for our Sale, and through our FAQ's.
I love fff! First but this time I did not review my order or edit it as it came out of my account on a weekend when I normally go through and slim down my order to my affordability,,, at the moment that is low, so I was planning on editing my order and it went through before I could catch it 450+. Oo! So I was stressed still am regardless of the great stuff I'm out of work COVID etc so he managed to get 15% back for me and I appreciate the amount anything helps just disappointed that's all. I caught it within a couple hours so I was surprised when I could not reverse the charge

As we noted on the site, FAQ, and email notifications, there is no checkout necessary for our Edit Sales. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
