I would give a one star but the customer service experience I had was very positive even though there was no resolution in the end. I feel the products are cheap and definitely not worth the $50 I paid for them. You can get the same stuff at Target for half the price. It's the most expensive subscription I've ever had and the least worth it. I've never cancelled a subscription after one month but I did with this one. I have many subscriptions because I'm a sucker for them so when I say its not worth it it's really not. 10/10 would not recommend.
I haven't received my first box yet and I'm confident that it will be great! I signed up for a seasonal box and then upgraded to annual. I noticed that I was charged for both on my cc. I contacted customer service and they credited me back the seasonal charge. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service!

I received my FFF summer edition and it was items I already had as well as one product came open and leaked. JoJo in customer service addresses my issues efficiently and with respect.
I love my FabFitFun boxes! They come loaded with a variety of fun items! To top it off they have excellent customer service! That isn't always easy to come by these days!

First, my seasonal summer box was fantastic and I had a really positive experience. I received alerts to some summer sales. I checked out the sales and put a large number of items of interest into my cart. I then fell asleep. My plan was to return to the cart and grab a few favorite items and delete the rest. Fab fit fun auto shipped $450 American worth of products to Canada. This would cost me a significant amount of money without my approval. I'm sure it's in the fine print but it's a bad policy. It's a sneaky way to do business and I am disappointed. The issue was resolved but inky because I was fast enough to catch it and phone in. If they had shipped I would be out of luck. I really wanted to order a few extra items each season but I've lost my confidence shopping through FabFitFun. This is disappointing because I've been sharing such positive feedback regarding my summer box and how much I loved my products.

I had an issue w their website. They have a chat service to help. JR is who I spoke with. He was quick. Friendly and resolved my problem!

First time I tried to subscribe, they lost my order and I received the first box two months later. The second time, FedEx lost my box and no help given by FFF. Their "cancel subscription" page was "down" for the day and I had to practically crack codes to get a hold of someone. Stick with Causebox.
Great experience handled all my issues every time I have one. Fun fit has great employees and I would love for you to see what I'm talking about by getting your quarterly box. For the price it well worth it.

I was charged in May for my first box. It said it shipped June 24 for delivery July 4th. It is July 11th and fed ex nor fabfit can give me an answer as to where my stuff is. Covid isn't a reason because I have received many other products from Fed Ex. They can't even track my stuff at this point.

I received a text message alert for a credit card authorization of $674.00 from FFF. Thought it was a mistake. Sure enough items in my cart were not removed/canceled. Policy states no returns or refunds. I had no idea how I was going to go about selling those light wands for wrinkles and all that. Or how I was going to explain my epic fail to my other half who already thinks I have a FFF problem (he takes pictures of my stacks of boxes).
I emailed FFF immediately and asked to please cancel the order and refund my card. I received an email the following day. Mika was very understanding and compassionate and resolved my concern immediately. Sooo thankful as their policy states final sale. I know if this wasn't reversed I would have been banned from FabFitFun forever!

I had the pleasure of speaking with JR from FFF, he was knowledgeable, personable and able to fit my issue in seconds flat. I had purchased an item that came to me broken I am assuming by shipment. He replaced it with no hassle. All i had to do was show a photo of the item. He was very friendly. FFF's customer service is always spot on.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
