I bought three dresses from Ezpopsy from the very first time. I ordered two Ms and then by accident, I also ordered an XS (oops!). One of the medium dresses fit me, but the other one was way too big. I carefully measured myself before ordering, so I recommend really checking how the dress is styled and whether it might run big. The XS obviously did not fit and since I am in Canada, I had to ship it back for a refund. Shipping back cost about $10 from where I live to California, with no tracking! I read reviews online and I was SO AFRAID I would never receive my refund. After I sent my shipment, I followed up with customer service and also sent them a copy of my postage receipt and the details of my order, when I suspected it had arrived about 2 weeks later (again - I didn't buy a tracking number). It took a little back and forth with giving the information, but the customer service told me that they would process my return. And... voila! The return showed up on my credit card statement a bit later without a hitch. So, even those with reviews are scary, I had a good experience! No issues with shipping arrival either - items all came as described and on time!

I recently ordered a dress for vacation from Ezpopsy and the material quality was great. It was light, with a silky lining which made it more comfortable, amazing quality for the price I paid (80$) I got expedited shipping (1-2 weeks) and somehow got it within 4 days. The colour was slightly different from the picture as the picture was a slate blue and I got a more greyish colour but I loved the colour anyway tbh. Pretty good quality for the price paid...

I was truly impressed today by Ezpopsy customer service. I had placed an online order and wanted to exchange some of the items for a different size. I called Ezpopsy customer service and the associate who helped me was very courteous, polite and smart. He could place another order for me with price match in the sizes that I wanted without any hassle. When I got an email about the order, I realized that he ordered one of the items in the wrong size. Even though he made a mistake, I am still super happy with Ezpopsy because I called again and another person could help me with cancelling that order and placing it again with the correct sizes, again without any hassle. I am not deducting any stars for the mistake that one associate made because we all are humans and we all make mistakes. It is about you handle that mistake and how courteous you are to the customer. Very impressed that Ezpopsy has got it right!

I ordered my first dress from them and the quality and print were much better than my expectation for the affordable price. The fit was not quite right, but the support at Ezpopsy responded promptly to my need to return the Ezpopsy. I have received my replacement and second dress yesterday and I am very pleased with their customer service and quality!

A+ quality at such an low price. So skeptical of all of these websites but am pleasantly surprised with EZPOPSY. The selection and overall satisfaction for the 4 stuffs I ordered is beyond what I anticipated for the amount I spent. The sizes are true to size. I am 57 155 pounds and all ordered dresses fit perfectly. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I have ordered several times from this website and had nothing but wonderful service! In fact, one of my orders got stuck in customs somewhere in Germany for maybe 2 weeks and they some how managed to get it back on track and to me before my vacation. And dealing with the issue I had no problem getting in contact with the company. They answered my couple emails I sent. I think some people need to realise they are in another country. And Speaking about the dresses -"how pretty the dress were!" I have never bought any dresses from any other platform that fits so well, they were always true to size. The quality of the dresses were good as well. 5 Stars for me.
