I ordered three dresses from Ezpopsy for my gf and she absolutely LOVE them. They are my favorite items of clothing I own and I will be ordering again. The dresses came exactly as I expected, in fact, better. Many other of my friends order from this site and would say the same! Thus, efficient communication, fast shipping, and very happy with my dresses! One of the few online boutiques that are legit and reliable.

They say my email address is the wrong format (it's the same one I've used for years). The phone number is overseas, I'm not paying that charge.
You have to get instructions from the company in order to return items, but it is impossible to make contact with the company to get the instructions.
They say my email address is incorrect so therefore I can't email them. And the customer service number they provide is overseas, likely to incur a large cost on my part so I refuse to make the call. Therefore, I have to eat the cost and will never order from another company that advertises on Facebook or Intstagram again.
This isn't the first time I've been burned from companies that advertise on Facebook or Instagram.
They should be ashamed.
This is a total scam.
And Facebook and Instagram are complicit.
Never again.

Unacceptable experience, cheap cloth, poor quality and the return policy is unreasonable. Please do not buy from them. If you have to return the cloth they would offer you only 20% back. So if the size is not the right size for you or you are not satisfied with the quality, they just don't care. The cloth came from China, so if you don't want to accept the 20% return, you have to ship them to China and pay not only for the freight but also for import taxes, at the end, you will not get any refund nor the cheap cloth

The worst company I have ever purchased from before. If anyone is reading this thinking about buying from them I cannot stress enough to stay away!
Looking at the website they make you think the items are of a high quality and coming from the US when in fact they are made from the cheapest material and actually ship from China.
If you want to return an item it is the biggest nightmare. You have to email first so they can try and fob you off with just a 20% refund and eventually when they give the address you have to pay fully for shipping which costs a lot.
It's been a month now and I'm still waiting for £90 refund...
