If you see this review and the tons of other negative reviews and still shop with ezpopsy, don't cry later. What shown on their website is not what you will get. Forget about the hassle returning process. They states clearly that you're responsible for custom that they might pay and custom refusal. Be prepared to lose the dress, the money for the dress, the shipping and the return shipping.

I wished I read some of the reviews before buying. I purchased 3 dresses, none of them fit. I am 5' 1" 155lbs, wear size 8/10,M/L USA sizing, ordered XL on all of them. It is 3-4 size difference in up and all the cut is not fitted. Colors are not same as pictured and cut isn't as well. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

I bought two dresses in December 24/ 2021 and still waiting at least for and answer. I just came here because o got an email from them offering stuff when I can't believe I don't have even and answer about the two dresses, not dresses, not money back even and excuses. This company is the worst ever!

Ordered 2 dresses for a February 25th, 2024 event. Didn't get the confirmation or the tracking info. I tried calling the contact # provided on the website but no1 ever picked up. Finally decided to email them and got a response in 2 days which said that their factory is on the break for 2.5 weeks and that there will be delays! REALLY? Why didn't you say this on your website! I explained my issue to the rep only to get another inadequate response which basically said they don't Guarantee anything. REALLY? Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I returned a dress to their China returns address because the dress was an XL and fit more like a size 6. I'm probably a size 8/10 in reality. The dress was $85 and I paid $28.85 to ship it back on July 19/2023. The dress just came back to me a few days ago (Feb 2024) after 6 months on being held up in customs. It was refused by the company. I've messaged them twice with no response back. Such a scam site!

First of all, some of the clothes are nice quality and others are not. You can't know until they are in your hands. On their website, it says 100% refund returns. This is absolutely necessary since some of the clothes are nice and others not. Also, the sizing is very strange and different for each dress. This was my first time trying to return. They said I could pay for the shipping to send them back and then they would only give me a 15% refund. I wrote back and copy and pasted their return policy of 100% refund returns from their website. They ignored my message and ghosted me. I'll never buy from them again.

I have ordered 2 pair of shoes for an amount of 250$ and have received no email of confirmation nor a shipping information! I tried to log in into my account and the website doesn't let me! I have requested to reset my password - still nothing! This is such a horrible experience and definitely a scam! No other websites operate like this! I have tried to reach out many times to the email address on the website and nobody has ever responded! REALLY wish I'd checked reviews before purchasing. I now know NOT to buy anything from Ezpopsy again. I sized up in the $80 dress I bought. Still too small. BUT EVEN WORSE, the fabric of the dress is so transparent that you couldn't wear the dress in public even if it fit! I contacted Customer Service and they told me that the item isn't eligible for return. I NEVER saw that in the fine print about their "excellent customer service" when ordering. I have emailed Customer Service 3 more times and gotten no response. DO NOT BUY FROM EXPOPSY! (order #*******720)

I received my shoes on time however the quality is REALLY poor for a 117$. Something you can find in SHEIN for 25$ worth. This is a ripoff. The shoes are so low quality it is a waste of your hard earned money.

I recently ordered a dress from this company and received it, only to find that it is way too small. The package did not include a shipping label and offered nothing that would assist anyone with returning it (1st red flag) then when I went on the site for return instruction, they asked for an order number which I do not have, since there was no shipping label included. I called the number on the site and have not gotten an answer, so I emailed the company and have not received any response. I order frequently and I value good customer service but have not gotten any type of CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company. Please send me return instructions so that my money can be refunded. And just do a better job of giving people what they paid for!

They don't show the face of the model because they use the pics from the brand website, it is a scam

Scam! Scam! Scam! If you want to save yourself from trouble and headache, I would highly recommend NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a couple of items worth almost $200. The things were small, and the fabric was not of good quality. But the worst was the customer service for returning the items. Someone offered the site a 20% discount and kept the things. I responded I was unable to keep the items as they were small and only wanted a refund. She also mentioned in her email that the return could be costly and learn longer to which I responded, I'm unable to keep them as they were small things to me, and only requested a refund. However, I never got back a response despite a follow-up. Their returns are not something that you can click and print the return level. You have to email them to give you return instructions. Now, I'm stuck with the items that I won't be able to use and my money went down the drain. And I know they have a 30-day return policy. But how would I be able to send back the items and they would be able to receive them on time when to never heard anything from them after my request for a return? Please save yourself from wasting your money on buying stuff that offers no guarantee just in case you're not satisfied with the items. I would give a negative 0 if there's any option for that.

Beautiful dress, however, the seams were all wrongly placed and the side, where the zip was placed, was all ruched up. Also the cross over at the bust was at an angle and not sewn straight. If this dress had been sewn properly, i would have definitely given 5*. I've worn it to work and received compliments but the faults are too much to wear for a special occasion. Size XL and I'm usually a 12 NZ.

Be careful about the website of "ezpopsy" they ask you to return the goods in your own pay, and once they received the return shipment, they become disconnected and won't give you the refund.

Dresses don't fit average American women, quality of the dresses are great but I went from medium to extra large and they still didn't fit. Return from my state over $57. They let it sit in customs and take the cost from what they owe you they don't count weekends or holidays to answer you, and stall enough for your bank 60 days to fight for you expires. All the while lying by email and tex and deducting hidden. Fees from your refund which you still Never get its been 6 months and still no refund over almost $300 and still I have nothinI have filed a fraud report with the FCU. They offer you to keep it and try to sell it anything not to return your money.If the USA is in debt to China like they say then maybe this is there way of allowing them to scam and defraud Americans. Sad a d very unfair

Brought a coat for $170 in Nov. Arrived IN FEB.
I was livid! Had to constantly contact EZPOPSY to find out WHERE was my coat & WHEN was it coming. Once rec'vd, coat's size was ridiculously small & I ordered a 2XL too. I have reached out to EZPOPSY several times to exchange it for a larger size ( which they have it in a 3XL) to NO AVAIL. Now, I am stuck with an almost TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR coat that I can not fit that they refuse to exchange it. NUTTY GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ALL ABOUT EZPOPSY's BAD BUSINESS DEALINGS. They have lost a another paying Customer too!
