I got my order with rusted button and badly made knit dress (as pic 1) which was not as they described on their website. Their return policy is very tricky(as pic 2). I shipped it back for return as they required anyway for $27.75 out of my pocket (as pic 3 & 4) on Dec 20th, 2021. It's been 2 months, but they haven't issued refund yet.

WE RETURNED IT THROUGH REGULAR PARCEL MAIL AND THAT WAS 7 MONTHS AGO. THEY HAVE GIVEN US EVERY EXCUSS INCLUDING "Because it is mostly your return is held in our Customs because you you didn't describe the parcel in lower value ($15) as suggested." THE PROBLEM IS THAT IS A BIG LIE AND WE WOULD NOT DO THAT. WE PAID $30 TO MAIL REGULAR AND NOW THEY SAY THEY HAVE NEVER RECIEVED IT.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOLD ME THEY HAVE HAD 100S OF CUSTOM COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATIONS. STAY AWAY!

It looked very pretty in the ad but when I receive it, I was very disappointed. The dress is poorly made, with loose threads and strings hanging down. Even if it fit well - which it does not - I would return it because of the poor quality.
I emailed ezpopsy's customer service several days ago at *******@ezpopsy.com and have not heard back. Please send me information on how to return this item as soon as possible for a full refund.

You may be tempted to buy something from them by the beautiful colors of the dresses. DO NOT! Sizing is for Chinese customers and when you'd need to return your incredibly small dresses, you'd come across unbelievably dishonest "customer services". They'd first advise you not to send them back by a courier service (UPS, DHL, etc.) because they'd claim they may be charged by customs... But, I now realize that the reason they do that is to deceive you and claim later that your parcel was not received, was lost in the post, etc., etc. They are unbelievable crooks!
AVOID BUYING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY, BE CHEATED, AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

Their dispute page is non-functional - will not allow you to proceed due to bogus email format issue. Had to dispute with credit card. Shipped from China and the shipping/tracking info only rendered in Chinese.

Fist of all, its barely covers my bum, the quality is poor, the print on the material is totally different from the picture, A total waist of money. When I contacted them, they offered me 45% as a refund! Explaining that they are too poor and can't afford to send me a full refund!

I recently ordered 4 items from Ezpopsy for the very first time - 3 tops and a pair of shoes. After 2 weeks of placing order, I got an email that the pair of shoe is sold out and I have to order a replacement. Naturally I wasn't happy but I did find a pair that I like enough as a replacement which is slightly cheaper. The customer service refunded me the difference but 3 dollars short of the value. I thought that was not very honest so I cancelled the replacement and wanted a full refund which they did process in 3 days. I feel sorry for their decision to shortchange me US$3 that they lost my replacement worth US$96. Another unpleasant experience is the long delivery. I live in Taiwan which is so close to China, I only received the tops 19 days after I placed my order.
But in all fairness, the tops are as pictured and the fit is good. So all in all, my first experience is both bad and good but I am still not sure I would shop at Ezpopsy again.

Many of the clothes they offer are on Chinese pages on AliExpress at really very cheap prices. A dress that here on this page is at $ 90.00 on AliExpress is at $ 25.00, the same dress, the same model, the same photo.

Awful experience. Ordered a dress that took over a month to arrive. The quality was terrible, so I returned it. The only way they accept returns cost me about $22 dollars in shipping; I paid it, and two months later, despite the tracking number showing that the package had arrived in China, I did not receive a refund. Ordered a dress and like so many others have said, the fit is bad and the dress is NOT as described. The site calls it embroidered -- instead it's covered in brassy sequins. The waist is 6 inches too high and, unlike the picture, the whole thing fits like sack. We are in Canada but EZpopsy shipped the dress to the U.S. and then from there the courier shipped to Canada and charged an additional $25 bucks! From the other reviews, it sounds like I won't have a hope in hell of getting our money back.
