It had a strong petroleum smell when first received and was a bit creased from the shipping box, but it filled out after I loaded my stuff into it and the smell disappeared over time. I ordered 4 dresses, most of them didn't fit. So I wanted to return them NOT to get my money back but to just do a return for a bigger size. I was soo disappointed! I was told that it was better to keep the dresses and try and sell them then to send them back, because the shipping fee for me would be high. They offered only 20% if I wanted to order new dresses, which is crazy and unacceptable. I Love the style of dresses, but I will never order from them EVER Again. Used for first and last time. Misleading advertising of product, Ezpopsy sent goods clearly knowing that the advertisment shows the wrong item.
When bought to there attention wanted me to pay freight and tax to send there falsely advertised product back, THE ITEM WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERISED.
